Wonderful place to stay. After a day on the road from Kampala this was like heven. Lovely huts with a beautiful view. Coffie at the patio in the morning, enjoing the view. The meals were very good, and served in a lovely atmosphere. The staff is so friendly, and do whatever they can to pleace you. Stayed for two nights.... More

To describe Ndali and give an impression of its true flavour is almost impossible for a mere mortal. Our second visit to this magical place was two days of pure pleasure. Our welcome, our beautiful and huge lodge with views of the Mountains of the Moon, lakes, forest and farmland, the overwhelming flora and fauna that feasts the eye, the... More

We had a very good time during our last trip trough Uganda & Rwanda at the Ndali Lodge. Stunning views and nice walks around. The staff is very friendly and helpful, good meals. The cottages are huge and very clean. Lovely place to be. More

There is considerable potential for improvement in the management. The lodge and surroundings are simply crying for basic maintenance efforts. Steps are not repared, chairs not replaced when they reach retirement status. When you ask for a missing napkin or glass, it is simply taken from another setting on the table. When that guest arrives, the missing items are again... More

Absolutely charming, candlelit dinners, stunning views, lovely atmosphere, very relaxing. The owners were away when we visited, but the dogs looked after us; they slept on the verandah and followed us on our morning run! I would happily recommend this to anyone - families, friends, honeymooners. But remember to bring cash - dollars for accommodation and Ksh for drinks and... More

A wonderful location with individual rustic cottages which we really liked. You get a very warm welcome from everyone who works at the lodge and we were fortunate to meet the young English owner who took over the property whgen his father died. The local community receives a lot of support from the lodge and we were impressed by this... More

Charming setting indeed, but mediocre service, food and accommodation. Rooms are adequate, but poorly lit, and could have been much better furnished. It has no excuse, for Clouds Gorilla Lodge, fellow Ugandan lodge in the Impenetrable Forest, equally difficult if not more in access, got far better review from me. More

I have been Ndali lode about three or four times now and with each visit, I am blown away by the calm, relaxing ambiance, the great food, company and most of all, I get a chance to spend time with nature and meditate. The warm welcome as one walks in, the family feel at each meal time just lifts your... More

We spent three nights at this lodge at the end of our tour around Uganda & compared to all the other lodges were rather disappointed with it. The rooms are large & airy but ours was not particularly clean. The beds were fairly comfortable but the linen was thin, had holes in it & was a rather grey colour. One... More

We recently spent two nights at Ndali at the start of our 9 day trip around Uganda. What a lovely place to stay! The views from the main room and the restaurant out over the crater lake are spectacular!! We had a lovely little cottage with a very cute sitting area out the front which always had a resident dog... More
