Stayed here for 2 nights on driving tour of Morocco. The riad is a very far cry from the 5-star hotels we frequent, but I have to say that it is very quaint. The service was very caring. The rooms are eclectic to say the least - ours was the Sable Room. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace, watching... More

Lovely small guesthouse. Food and rooms are very good. Clean, enough space and friendly staff. The town of Ouzoud was more touristic than I anticipated and therefore we didn't stay more than 1 day. Main attraction are the waterfalls but (oh how spoiled) I have seen better. I was hoping to find a hidden gem but more people had the... More

This is a great little Riad once the heating is solved. lol. Hicham is a charming and efficient maitre d'h and Mouloud is an articulate guide. Lots to see, and time to do it. A worthwhile stopover. More

We were booked through Morocco Explored to stay here. We stayed in many places and this was my favorite. The staff was so nice, the location amazing and the rooms very cozy. It was cold outside but we turned on the heater and the room was toasty in about 30 minutes. The food was great and the areas where we... More

There was something lacking in the Riad. Having travelled a bit in Morocco I felt it lacked customer service and a welcome to remember. I know there is a language barrier but I was disappointed. The weather was bad but we still saw the falls and the place is beautiful. I would return to Ouzoud but I would not stay... More

Staff is nice but we asked for a taxi for the next morning to Beni-Mellal and when we were getting in the guy from the Riad increased the price by 50 DH. More

This riad is located literally 20m from the top of the falls. You can actually hear the sound of the falls from the roof terrace. Getting here was the big issue and we debated whether to get a bus to Azilal or Beni-Mellal then a taxi onto Ouzoud. In the end we got a taxi straight to Ouzoud from Marrakech... More

I can´t get enough of Ouzoud or this fabulous small hotel. Their website lets you see and chose each room before you book but the photos don´t do the village or riad justice. We go every year and stay at least two nights as there is more to see and do than first appears. The riad is at the top... More

This is a wonderful experience and I would urge you to stay 2 days and a night in Ouzoud. We almost came as a day trip from Marrakech, but we were so pleased that we stayed at the riad. It has been beautifully decorated, with lots of interesting features and details. It is comfortable, clean, very charming and is amazingly... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the riad cascades d ouzoud. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was basic but charming, and the riad had lots of rooms to spread out in and relax. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace watching the tourists head to the waterfalls, and watching the sunset over the mountains. Just beautiful.... More
