After a long day, arriving at the Jurassique was like arriving to heaven! The moment we switched off the car, we were even greeted in Portuguese (!!!) by the owner, Salah, who offered us some tea and a real nice price for the room. Dinner was great, the help was very helpful, the atmosphere was fantastic and we experienced an... More

The Jasbah Hotel Jurrasique in the Ziz gorge is an unexpected delight. Almost midway between ouarouzazate and Meknes set in a landscape like the Grand Canyon, this oasis is a paradise with fabulous cuisine, an engaging mine host of the old school and an atmosphere that could beat the band - who were great as we are a fine dinner.... We had 1 night at the Jurassique. It's in the middle of nowhere. I have to say I was afraid because comments were not so good but instead place is austere but enough clean. Dinner and breackfast were enough good and people there are kind. Rooms are not so spacious but, come on for one night sleeping is good enough.

Rooms, food and cleaniness were perfectly fine, nothing to add about that. What makes Kasbah Hotel Jurassique special is that it's like a self sustainable community with its own internal watering system and food supply, runned by an exceptionally gentle family who hosted me and my wife as family guests. The passion for fossiles runs in the family, they know... More

Driving north but without a booking for accommodation and with the stormclouds rolling in this hotel was a very welcome sight. We got the choice from several rooms up on the first floor at a reasonable rate including dinner and breakfast. The bed was reasonably comfortable but ask for additional pillows as the ones supplied are non-adequate. The tajine was... More

While driving 600km from Missour to Ouarzazate I end up passing the night in Hotel Kasbah Jurassic in the amazing Ziz Valley. I was surprised by the nice atmosphere, relaxed and friendly staff. I stayed one night on a bedroom with 2 beds, private bathroom with hot shower. I payed for the half-board and ate a reat Berber meal specially... More
