I spent 3 absolutely amazing nights at this beautiful camp in Meru National Park. The manager, Alberto Sarrachi made us feel so welcome, that it was very very difficult to leave. The service was personalized, staff warm and professional, meals were superb and prepared depending on what we felt we wanted to eat. The views are absolutely amazing and a... More

We stayed in the camp for three days. The location is unique, no vistas of the park but a very intimate view for the forest and the little river with the accompanying sounds! Marvellous and romantic. The food is Italian inspired and consists of a small but delicately presented buffet. All meals are perfect, not the regular big hotel buffet... More

was in Kenya to visit daughter who's working as children's doctor for 6 months, pushed boat out as far as it would go - only got us 1 day in Rhino River Camp, but what a day. Did 2 amazing game drives with guide, Paul, who's a walking encylcopaedia but also great craic. Place is amazing - beautiful, secluded rooms,... More

A beautiful boutique lodge in a gorgeous setting next to the river, With truly wonderful service and hospitality and unbelievably scrumptious meals! Had a lovely 2 days here, nice and relaxed at times with rewarding game drives. We were lucky enough to see a Leopard ( along with lots of other game) truly in the wild with no other cars... More

The Rhino River Camp is a lovely private lodge. The set up is small (not too many tents), very tasteful which you notice from all those (little) things they thought well over, and the treatment is very personal. The staff is really doing their utmost to make you feel comfortable, they are attentive and pro-active which is quite rare in... More

This time I stay always 4 weeks in Kenya (dec.2013/jan.2014) The best time I had was in RRCamp, 4 days and 3 nights...everything was good. Great atmosphere and super (!) food and whine. Excellent tented rooms, super beds. For sure I will come back.

What can I say, amazing stay at Rhino River Camp. Everything was perfect from our arrival into the camp at first being welcomed by the staff with nice smelling cooling towels and a refreshing drink after our journey from Nairobi. The tents were great and really well thought out, very spacious giving you a separate sitting room to enjoy the... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Rhino River Camp. The location was good next to the rhino sanctuary in the National Park. The service was amazing with all the staff very friendly and attentive to detail. The food was amazing and would beat all the restaurants in Nairobi. The tents were very spacious and designed well facing the river and... More

My wife and I stayed at this camp for our anniversary. The place was perfect: the tents are very nice and clean, the staff was very good and very friendly and the food was among the best Italian food we had in East Africa (You have to try the lasagnas!).
