Rooms make you feel like your home. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful views especially Sunrise and Sunset from the balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools are always well maintained with clean areas. My grandsons do not want to go anyplace else to stay.

The furniture was caked with dust and felt dirty! Flooring was weak and had NO HOT WATER for showering. Found DIRTY GLASSES and SILVERWARE in kitchen. Complimentary lotion was used and left in bathroom. To top it off, when clerk was notified of the conditions, he DID NOT care!! I TOOK PICS AND EMAILED FACILITY.

The room was clean and updated (a big plus). The view is exquisite. Even though it's a studio, it is well arranged so it doesn't feel tiny. Thankfully it has a DVD player so we got relax with a redbox movie. This room really had a homey feel to it.

Went with my wife and three kids and we couldn't have Asked for a better stay. The place was clean and very accommodating the view from the room the minute you walk in was breath taking, we stayed in building 7 on the first floor and they had everything you could think of to use to make you feel at... We loved it and the staff was so friendly. We was on the top floor in building 5. The drive is a lot of twists and turns but we'll worth it when you arrive. We seen the momma and baby bear the last day there. Please make sure you put your trash where it is supposed to go they do... More

Very nice place to staff. Really peaceful setting. The staff was very friendly. The view was excellent. Our condo unit was clean and comfortable, except for the bed in the master bedroom, it was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept in. Other than the bed, our stay was excellent. The drive up to the condo is challenging,... More

First let me say if you are worried you won't be up in the mountains enough, stop. It is a winding drive up into the mountains. Seriously as you are driving up, you think... how far up am I going?? Don't get me wrong, it is only approximately 4 miles from downtown area of Gatlinburg. You arrive at the Summit... More

It was easy to get to once we figured out how to get up the mountain. A word of advice get anything you need before you go up. It's not bad to come back down but it wasn't my favorite thing to do especially at night. The rental we had was owned by a private owner. It was nice and... More

The accommodations were quite cozy and the view was awesome. The outside pool was small but nice. Two inside hot tubs were very nice. The staff as very friendly. Be prepared for the winding, narrow and very steep mountain roads. We had a great time and look forward to going there again.
