Nice updated place to stay; we stayed in the tower sixth floor rooms were clean and well supplied. No problems at all would recommend and would stay there again. So much of Gatlinburg is old but this place had nice rooms. Breakfast was wonderful (included) more

My family stayed here for two nights. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading all the negative reviews. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The heating system was out but maintenance took care of it immediately. My children loved the pool and the game arcade. I would stay here again. more

My family and I stayed there for a cheerleading competetion. When we got there, the place looked nice from outside. There was a bible verse on the sign outside. This is our favorite hotel! It is not the newest or fanciest, but we don't go to Gatlinburg to hang at a hotel. Staff are so friendly that after staying there for so many vacations they call us by first names. We stay at least three times a year and can't wait to go back. Our favorite room is over... more
