Pool was cold (inside and out) plus it would only hold 5 people comfortable. Parking for an SUV was a joke. Have dings and dents in ouf car from trying to park in the tiny spot allowed. Booked directly from hotel's website and got a good deal. This hotel is old but looks nice and in a perfect location. Good size room but smelled old . Bed is fine and comfortable. The carpet odor is a big issue, we had to spray lysol freshener to eliminate the unpleasant odor. Front desk is excellent, very friendly and accomodating.... more

First time I have stayed in Gatlinburg. The hotel is right in the middle of town and within walking distance of most anything you want. It was very clean and rooms were great.
