When we booked hotel, we were quoted one rate, but when we get there the rate went up. And it was too late to cancell And the hotel manager was rude and refused to honor the quoted rate even so I had a print out of the reservation, and the front desk stuff was very unfrendly, for the lack of... more

Read the reviews before I went. It is clean, but old. Not a new bilding. Wooden doors and thin walls. We heard the people in the next room talking, and they were up all nigh! No outside lighting and we did not feel very secure. Not a terrible experience, but we would not stay again. We used our free night... more

My family and I recently stayed in the Econo Lodge in Gatlingburg. The next day when we get home the manager leaves a RUDE voice mail on my husband's cell phone accusing us of stealing TWO BLANKETS!! There were NO blankets on the bed, which I thought was odd, but it was rather warm and we didn't need a blanket.... more

This hotel is not the newest around and it's not luxurious by any means, but for the price and where it is located, it's a great deal! The hotel is right in the middle of all the good shopping downtown Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything, therefore you do not have to pay to park. The rooms are spacious. They... more

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The room was clean. Location was excellent. After we checked in we didn't even have to move the car. We walked everywhere due to the amount of traffic and lack of parking. The continental breakfast was plenty to get your day started (doughnuts, cereal, toast, coffee, juice). We will definitely stay... more

We were very pleased with our dual aspect room with corner fireplace - clean and spacious. Very well located, central but quiet a couple of blocks back from the main street. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely view to mountain and sky lift. more

I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge in Gatlinburg and would definately stay there again. Rooms are a good size, clean, and in a quiet location. The hotel is well situated off traffic lights #7, close to the entrance to the Smoky Mountains and opposite the Sky Lift. There is a pancake house nearby for breakfast (get there early, they... more
