After driving ten hours to get there, we we very happy to see a Clarion hotel in the distance, and we were anxious to get off the road and get some rest. Since it was our first trip to Gattlingburg, and we were there to get married, we decided on a suite. We arrived at approximately 9:30 pm and really... More

I must admit I booked this hotel with a critical eye after reading some of the previous reviews. I checked-in on a Sunday night, the whole area was desolate. Everything regarding my two day stay met and exceeded all expectations. The front desk was friendly enough, the room was clean and well appointed. Hopefully, this team has gotten the kinks... More

We have visited Gatlinburg many times and stayed in the Clarion. Never been disappointed. I made reservations yesterday for our Spring Break at the Clarion. I spoke to Billie in reservations and I mentioned these reviews. She couldn't have been more helpful and nice to get the rooms that we needed. All I can say is don't be fooled by... More

Well staff so unfriendly borders rude, never anyone at the front desk, the janitor waved once. Hot water took FOREVER, pull- out sofa still the absolute worst (even if it is a different color). The king size bed very uncomfortable (not sure if they are rotating old ones out with new ones) I had the old one. Lack of trash cans... More

We stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful time. We had the king suite and it was great to have that much room. Our 18 year old son slept well on the sofa bed. It was nice to have a living room to watch tv and the fireplace! Our bedroom had a 2 person jacuzzi and that was fun... More

The service of this hotel has gone down hill, poor management, poor service, great cooks for breakfast thou and friendly. Will not be staying here again after the many times we have stayed. Pool was closed so it seems automatic door wasnt working, lights were not on. Dirty bathroom. We pay an extra $10.00 for this being a resort, some... More

I made reservation tonight online and called the hotel directly to see if I could change my reservations from a queen bed to king bed. On the other end of the phone was a night manager named Deanna who was rude and screaming at me for no reason, telling me that I haven't paid for anything and that my discounted... More

Stayed here for the weekend before Thanksgiving. Good value. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Parking is ample and secure. Hotel is located on the outskirts of town so it is easily accessable without having to fight the traffic congestion Gatlinburg is know for. Breakfast was awesome with an omlet station. Also has waffe station. No complaints from us. We... More

Had a great stay here. It's conveint to the convention center and the quiet side of the parkway. But in walking distance to a lot of good food and shops. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and nice. Breakfast was more than the usual fare for this chain of hotels. Had lots of hot choices and even will cook... More
