We have stayed at Brookside Resort many times over the year's, but our most recent vacation there was not so great. I found Brookside Resort to be a very peaceful place to stay. Our room was clean, but the carpets could have used a good shampoo. A smoking room was the only one avaliable and I was concerned about the smell. The housekeepers did such an excellent job, that you couldn't tell that a cigarette was ever lit there. more

Fell in love with this motel. Had not been to Gatlinburg in 30 years and did not know what to expect. Never can tell when booking online, but was very, very happy!! Planning on staying there next year! more

Very quiet resort...NO disturbances at all (can't find that very often)!!! The only thing that was probably a negative was the decor of the rooms (very 70's). Other than that we have no complaints for this resort. more

this place was huge for hotel room it was on the creek the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful its a little away from the main hub of gatlinburg so it was a little quieter but still not far enough away we couldnt walk a little pricey but worth the stay ill be back to stay there... more
