I spent 3 lovely nights here with my 12 year old daughter in the spring of 2015. We came to do some hiking and exploring in the National Park and I didn't want to stay in the crush of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I've never stayed at a B&B before but this worked out to be a great option. It... More

I am little late writing my review nearly a year after our stay. It occurred to me as I was preparing to book our second stay for this coming January. That should be your first clue - a return guest. This place is a terrific choice if you are looking for a quiet little getaway. We visited this past January... More

We were looking for a unique experience in the area and I think the Inn fit the bill. The Inn is just outside Gatlinburg so it is still close but feels remote. The scenery is beautiful. We stayed in cabin 5C. The cabins are delightful. The decor is a little dated but we still really enjoyed it. The staff is... More

We recently stayed at the Buckhorn Inn. Given it was the peak of the autumn leaf season, one room for three nights was not available, so each of the three nights was spent in a different accommodation. It may sound like an inconvenience, but it was actually a treat to experience the Lindsay House, Cottage 6, and the Bebb House... More

Stayed here in September in one of the cottages. so quiet peaceful and relaxing. All the staff is so friendly and accommodating. You can relax in the cottage in the screed in porch or the sitting deck off the bedroom with a great view of Mt. LeConte oryou can relax at the historic inn on the veranda with panoramic views.... Southern hospitality at its finest. Innkeepers, Lee and her husband, John, make sure your stay is perfect in every way. The breakfasts are wonderful and served in a most lovely dining room with fireplace going and windows looking out to the Smoky Mountain woods. Minutes away from the artisans' loop which is a must-see. All staff was very pleasant and... More

Though we were only able to stay one of our two nights due to family concerns we had a lovely stay at Buckhorn Inn. We stayed in the small, cozy Standard Room 5. At the time of booking this was their only availability. Next time we will try a larger room with more amenities. The hospitality, warmth and breakfast were... More

Located right off the famous "arts and crafts" loop about 5 miles outside of Gatlinburg, the Buckhorn Inn is a vacation destination in itself. We stayed three nights in one of the adorable cottages. The cottage was updated, well maintained and very cozy with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub and kitchenette. We were also lucky enough to get dinner reservations at... More

I always love coming back to the Buckhorn Inn. It has to be my most favorite bed and breakfast. Everything feels like home. Dinners at the inn are wonderful but breakfast is the best. So often when one returns to a place multiple times, it loses a bit of the magic it had the first time. This does not happen... More
