I am a Best Western Gold Club member and this was the worst Best Western of all my stays. The room was ok, the kin bed way too soft, pillows were ok. My biggest gripe was the bathroom. I was amazed. The toilet was in the tinest cubbyhole in between a wall and the sink. You literally have to "back... more

We were already in Gatlinburg was when we decided to stay for the night. This was the second hotel we tried for reasonable prices that was actually on the "strip." We were please with the price, the office staff and the amenities. If we had to nit-pick, the coffee pot was nasty, but there were plenty of pancake houses around... more

Very tatty hotel - needs a facelift. Handily located on the edge of town (you'd do better to get into town), everything in the room was decrepit - the carpet was worn, the lampshades had scorch marks (goodness knows how - the lamps had the dimmest light bulbs I have ever seen), the "heated pool" was empty. The restaurant next... more

I read the reviews of this hotel on hotels.com. They rated the "heated Olympic sized pool" as the cleanest in Gatlinburg! However we stayed there with our kids on our way north over Memorial day weekend, actually Monday night. THE POOL WAS EMPTY!! No where was it described as SEASONAL and EVERY OTHER POOL WAS OPEN! In fact we drove... more

Stayed at the Best Western Crossroads Inn in Gatlinburg in August this year for a family vacation and we loved it. Came all the way from Ayrshire in Scotland to the Smokies and we're so glad we did. The hotel was great value and clean although perhaps a bit old looking in places but not so that it would put... more

Photo of motel very outdated. Ants invaded entire room. Carpet very dirty. Elevator and surrounding area was filthy. Young lady at front desk was too envolved with the fact that someone told her that her friend had been saying nasty things about her, therefore, she was so upset that she just wasn't herself . She admitted she wasn't much help!... more

Although the rooms were large, and on first appearance clean, the ants came in huge numbers. We stayed 2 days, and complained on the first day. They said they called the extermantor. We never saw any evidence that any one was in our room and the ants ( and another bug that I think was a centipede) never went away.... more

We've stayed here twice (in 2000 and 2002) and both times we were quite happy with the hotel. Even being that the hotel is older and less modern, we were very pleased with our accomodations and the prices. The Front Desk staff was pleasant and helpful, our rooms were immaculate, and even though it was a smoking room, it did... more

Although hotel was an older hotel it was a decent price but it could really do with some new renovation. Room was big but the carpet was very dirty. more
