We could not have been happier with our stay at Twin Islands (in the Ducks Landing complex). Our trip was delayed, so I called the hotel after check-in time to let them know we would not be there until the next day. I assumed we would just lose the night at the hotel that we missed, but they pushed back... more

Best Western Twin Islands was able to offer my family a clean room, a bed, and a convienient base for our vacation in Gatlinburg over the 4th of July weekend. The location was wonderful- very close to all the fun things to do in town, and we had a great spot to see the parade and fireworks too! The staff... more

that about sums it up, biker haven, not for u if youre looking for some quiet R&R. carpet was damp, probably from river out back, old carpet, small bathroom, tub/toilet no sink, sink outside of bathroom, very little counter top. the "suite" was just a room with a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot & closet, nothing spectacular. Friendly staff more

Stayed here before and a great room that was very spacious with 1 grandchild, this time had 2 grandkids and it was so cramped could hardly move. As soon as we walked in door ran into fridge and bathroom sink. Very disappointed and will not stay here again. more

We traveled as 4 adults with a 15 month old. We got a suite with a king sized bedroom and a queen sized bedroom, plus a full kitchen (all apliances in great shape), huge living room, and balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River (I think). The suite itself was in good shape. The carpets needed to be restretched & probably... more

We stayed here for one night during the Memorial Day weekend. The location is great. Once you park your car you dont need to drive anywhere (except to the park).Hundreds of shopping and eating options in walking distance. We got a room on the creek side and it was peaceful to sit at the night. even though it is in... more

Located right behind the Hard Rock Cafe in Gatlinburg, you can't find a better location for a hotel. We were in perfect walking distance to everything, especially the Aquarium. Our room was clean, a bit outdated but the stay was comfy & it was clean, being the most important. Our balcony was over the creek & the kids loved watching... more

After a 5 hour trip, I was very let down. The room was very small and smelled. The smoke detector (non smoking room) in the room was yellow. We was going to stay 2 nights (156.00 a night) after only 1 night we left cause we could not sleep on the hard mattress another night. The only thing that motel... more

The Best Western Twin Islands was a very nice hotel. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. They included all amenities you could want. Each room looked out over the stream that went throughout the complex. It was within walking distance of many other attractions and restaurants.... more

We just returned from our trip to Gatlinburg and we were very pleased with our at Twin Islands. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. There's computer for public use and coffee always available. Our room was a nonsmoking king and it was a pretty decent size. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but my... more
