Great location. Walked to downtown attractions. Room 425 in Duck Xing ?? with AMAZING patio view 50 ft from creek. Beautiful grounds. Room was clean w all basic amenities. Not a new hotel, but lots of character. Staff & housekeeping did great job. Stole one of last rooms 3 days before trip on Travelocity. Will stay here again !!

Most of the major attractions are in walking distance of this hotel. Yes the property is starting to show its age, but it's clean and very affordable. The staff was very friendly and really went out of their way to please us. They also provide a hot breakfast. Great deal for the price.
