Reading other reviews, I'm puzzled that anyone could have a good experience at this hotel. Some of the buildings must be newer or cleaner. The location is convenient to the center of Gatlinburg. The pool area looks nice, and there is a big parking lot, but the building we were sent to was old and in very poor condition. I'd... More

Nice place with a great balcony over the river. Walking distance to all the stores and shops. Clean overall. About right for the cost. Would stay there again. Staff was very professional and helpful. Great for family and couples. Traffic is bad in Gatlinburg so walking was the way to go and this was right in the middle of town.

Everything was clean, comfortable and in working order. Excellent view from the balcony, even though it wasn't private. The pool/pool area were clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful in all departments. Overall a great experience, a nice room to come back to and relax after a day/evening of walking the parkway. Breakfast needs a bit more variety... More

Twin Islands is in a great location...next to the Aquarium, No way Jose restrauant, and a quick trip down the strip to all the shops. We were in the Bear's Den...room was ok but the doors would get stuck, we were told to leave the door to the balcony propped open or we would be locked out and the indoor... More

The room is pretty small. Kind of dirty and stuffy. The shower curtain isn't long enough so there was water all over the floor. I'm pretty sure there is blood on the wall. Upside, there is a bottle opener on the bathroom door. Probably a good place for a bunch of college kids to stay. The balcony is all connected.

Great downtown location, very satisfied overall and would recommend. Will stay there again. Only negative is that the Wi-Fi needs to have a stronger signal very poor. Hotel was very well kept and made you feel comfortable.

The hotel is close to everything. We walked everywhere we went. Our trip was relaxing. Our room was clean and right along the creek bed. We could sit outside along the creek and watch the ducks go by. Our king bed was comfortable and the whirlpool tub was great too.

In a town with no parking, this place was a lifesaver. Very convenient to walk to the Aquarium right next door as well as other local attractions. We got a nice balcony room which was well laid out and clean. Comfortable beds too. Housekeeping cleaned the room promptly during the day and it was nice to come back from a... More

We stayed here 3 nights at the end of July. The room was clean and location is great. The only issues we had were with the lack of water pressure and the wifi is on again off again. I would recommend this place it was comfortable and clean.
