I had a rough start with this hotel when I was told by 2 different employees that a promotion had expired even though I called on the last advertised day to book the promotional rate. However, the manager spoke with me the following day and fixed the problem. Our experience once we arrived was all positive. The rooms are a... More

The Creek makes for awesome experience ! Clean and I agree a little on the "tired" side but clean and the staff are nice and very helpful ! Beds are super soft and that can be at plus or in my case a minus too soft for this old back!

We chose this place based on other trip advisor review. Place is nice, little on the older side but I liked it. Pools are nice. Outdoor looks like its falling apart, the whole pool is crack all the way around. The free milk and cookies at night are a nice touch. What sold us was the creek. We stayed in... More

When we were researching hotels in Gatlinburg we noticed that the reviews for this inn were great. We usually stay in a little more modern atmosphere but we decided to see for ourselves what everyone was raving about. We loved the balconies over the creek. There was wine and cheese at 5 and milk and cookies at 7. It was... More

I had passed this place several times over the years as a child with my parents and again with my children and always wanted to stay here. It was a Best Western years ago before the Zoders purchased the place. We traveled as a couple (57 & 61) and spent our last night here. I had some mixed emotions because... More

Posh, luxurious, and spacious are not terms that describe most of the rooms at Zoder's, and most, but by no means all, of the "Recent reviews of this property" are generally accurate, especially regarding the quirky breakfast. But Zoder's is the creek, the balconies, the location, and if you do your homework--use Google Maps to get an aerial view, plot... More

The front desk staff was very pleasant. We were early and our room wasn't ready but they gave us a parking sticker so we could leave our car in the lot and walk around town. The room was a little small. Very comfortable beds. Balcony over the stream is really cool in the mornings. Breakfast is served kind of odd... More

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy during our stay. We had no problems with making reservations over the phone or checking in. The staff was very friendly throughout and the lobby was very nice. The continental breakfast had a nice variety, although it is odd how they won’t let the guests toast their... More

The brochure is deceiving. Asked for room with view of river and got to look for four days at a crossover bridge with wires hanging down I reserved it 6 months in advance and got that. Rooms outdated, musty just a huge disappointment. Took my handicap mom who is 77 yrs old and planned for 6 months to sit on... More

We recently stayed in one of the two story rooms across from the office. The layout of the place was great but that was about it. The upstairs had two full size beds and bathroom while down stairs had full size murphy bed and bathroom . The lock on the door didnt work 95% of the time. The bathroom door... More
