Stayed here on a Tuesday night in March. I saw it on TripAdvisor and thought it had promise, and you all sure were right! Besides the usual go-to questions -- clean? yes. Comfy? yes. Service? reliable and helpful. Clientele? Lots of families and older adults. -- some things stood out: 1) Very handicap accessible. Lots of 1st floor rooms and... More

This was our second time to stay at the Zoder Inn, and it was fabulous. Checking in you are met with a a cheery Hello from the Parrot in the office. The room was nice and comfy! The view was great! The stream outside our balcony was one of the reasons we like to stay here. We were celebrating our... More

Yes, you will see reviews stating the property is a bit dated, but disregard those thoughts of modern and high end, because what this property is, is quaint. It's very well taken care of, has many amenities, including two heated pools, indoor and outdoor, a place to exercise if that's your thing while on vacation, two glass racquetball courts, and... I stayed here about a week ago for spring break and absolutely loved it. We had a king room over the creek and it couldn't have been any better. The sound of the creek is so soothing at night!! The hotel was also walking distance to everything which was perfect and just a short drive to the trails we did... More

The hotel was wonderful but for us it was a little too far to walk into town. It was also a little difficult to get out onto street because of traffic. But the hotel itself was great and very clean. We had other family members staying in Pigeon Forge and by far Gatlinburg is a much better choice for staying.... More

This was our first stay at Zoders and if we stay again it will only be because of the sweet lady that served us breakfast and the scenery. The lady who handed out the milk and cookies needs to find a new job because she doesn't seem like she enjoys her job. We stayed four nights and every night she... More

We have stayed several times at Zoder's & have always enjoyed our stay there. The stream next to Zoder's is the most beautiful throughout town. It is also close to the beginning of town so a bit of a walk to everything but we didn't mind that. However, we had a stay booked for Feb 27th & 28th but had... More

Dear Now_Picture_This: Thank you for your comments. Yes, we do have a 7 day cancellation policy in effect, but with extreme circumstances (as in the ice storm and inclement weather the state of TN was experiencing) we do make exceptions so guest do not lose their 1st night deposit . We offer “house accounts”,as a courtesy to our frequent guests.... More

Really love this hotel. My 10 yr old daughter hugged me after we walked in after seeing the awesome creek going right under our balcony. Not a little creek either. A real one with water rushing through rocks! It has the sound of nature at its best. Free cookies and milk while swimming in the outdoor pool. Very unique pool.... More

Stayed here for two nights in early March and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and the grounds were very nice. The rooms were older but clean and the bed was really comfortable. We had a room with a balcony over the stream that was nice.

Zoder's Inn is a clean hotel on the outer edge of Gatlinburg. Thank goodness the heater worked well, because it was frigid when we visited. The bed was comfortable, but the decor was circa 1970. The bathroom was so tiny that anyone over 110 pounds would probably want to dress outside of the bathroom. The sink was outside of the... More
