First...This is a BUDGET HOTEL not a true B&B. That being said the Rocky Top Village Inn did its job wonderfully. Stayed here on a whim because of the connection with the song, The property is spreadout over 2 streets our room was basic but clean. We had plans to stay at the Rocky Top Village Inn for 4 nights. After our first night there, we checked out and went to the Best Western down the street which was fabulous. The Rocky Top Motel is an old run down motel. The room we stayed in had not been updated since the 60's. The carpet was terrible, curtains faded,bathroom floor had huge brown spots.It was noisy.
