Motel is very convenient to downtown - we stayed at one of the small cottages about a mile up the road. The cottage was adorable and located on a babling brook. VERY clean and well equiped. My husband and i love our stay at the Greystone.The hotel is a little out of date but, very clean and quite. The only thing that i suggest is to bring a cooler because this hotel isn't moderate and doesn't have refrigerators,microwaves or WI-FI in the rooms,. The locations is great . This motel was in a great location. Next door was the Hardrock, the Aquarium, the trolley, and numerous shops within walking distance. The room was very clean, the parking was good for our large Ford F20 truck. The only downfall was the furniture was worn, but the beds were VERY comfortable. No Southern Hospitality here...just plain rudeness...Drove to Gatlinburg to take our daughter to Aquarium. Staff were rude from the 1st day!
