Nice place to stay. Love the hot tub & gas logs in the room! Will stay here again. Not a 5 star hotel, but also not a 5 star price. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Within walking distance of the shops & restaurants.

Hotel boast a fireplace which turned out to be gas with a 60 minute timer. The ac/heater was in the kitchen over the sink with little ability to direct the air flow the rest of the room. We really enjoyed our recent stay in cottage 101. It was nice, clean and comfortable. We loved being on the creek. We would love to stay there again. The hot tub was fun and relaxing. It is not too far to walk to Gatlinburg, we walked and also rode the trolley. It is the perfect place to stay.

A great smaller room. The furnishings aren't new but everything was clean. The bed was comfy, the hot tub and fireplace inviting. The people were friendly. A great value if you don't need a fancy room. Would definitely stay here again.
