We have stayed there 3 years in a row. The rates are great and the rooms are nice. The cancellation policy was attached to our confirmation stating that if you do not calcel within 14 days you will recieve a voucher. I think that's fair. At least your losing anything, basically just changing dates. more

Olde Gatlinburg Rentals is the only place I will stay at when I come to Gatlinburg.
