We stayed at the hotel much to our dismay... When we arrived we asked to upgrade and was told that we could not ...Don't know why either. Pool was disgusting, room didn't even have a clock radio and our "overlook" off the balcony was terrible...trash all around. Needless to say we won't go back there again. more

I've stayed at the Bon Air since the early 1980s and returned last summer for a few nights. It is sad to see a favorite decline so. Twice, the room was not cleaned. We have been staying at the Bon Air since 1997. We would not stay anywhere else in Gatlinburg. They are nice people and if we have any complaints they take care of them promptly. It definitely is our home away from home. more

I booked a room for New Years, was mailed a brochere of a beautiful hotel-lodge. Upon arriveing, I found that they had an old part and a new part.
