My DH & I have just returned from our 3rd trip to Laurel Springs B&B. We are seasoned B&B'ers with high expectations and must say that Dan and Karen are simply the best hosts. They are knowledgeable about the area with information about local events, wildlife, birds, plants, hikes, in addition to restaurants and shopping during your stay. They continue... More

Love this place! We were able to check in earlier than expected AND they were painting one of the rooms our party reserved, so we got a free upgrade to a mini sweet which is super spacious. Can't wait to come back next year! Food is great, owners are wonderful, and it's close to everything!

My wife and I decided to take a few days off during the middle of spring break week. Our hosts, Dan and Karen, helped us find the out of the way places (off the Gatlinburg strip) that included great crafts, superior food--speaking of which, their breakfasts were wonderful. Absolutely recommend Laurel Springs Lodge B&B for couples. Oh yes, beds were... More

Spent a single night at Laurel Springs Lodge in February. The hosts were very friendly. We appreciated having choices for breakfast, both what time we wanted to eat and what we wanted. The food was excellent and when we finished we were offered more, which our son happily accepted. The bathroom in the Dogwood Suite was a bit odd, with... More

Dan & karen made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in the door. They were so sweet they gave us an upgrade on our room for no reason. Just the kindness of their heart. They gave us suggestion of things & places to see while we were in Gatlinburg. I just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed... More

My husband and I stayed at the Laurel Springs for two nights. Karen and Dan take great pride in their B&B. I have never stayed in a cleaner place, seriously!!!! The bed was so comfortable with amazing soft pressed sheets. The breakfasts were awesome with 3 choices everyday. The dining room (porch) was different in the fact that they had... More

I was in Gatlinburg for a weekend of hiking in the Smokies and stayed at Laurel Springs Lodge in the Dogwood mini suite. It was an absolutely incredible experience! The location is perfect - it's a very short drive to the entrance of the park. The hot tub is fantastic after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was delicious,... More

My wife stayed at a B&B before we were married and had often expressed a desire to stay in another one. After researching and reading many reviews, I picked this one and it was better than I expected. First, they were prompt and responsive when I emailed questions before booking the reservation. Then, the location is far enough from the... More

This was our first B & B experience, and Laurel Springs Lodge was a great location to get our feet wet. We're a bit spoiled by jacuzzi tubs and soft fluffy beds, and although my husband was able to sleep fairly well, I didn't sleep at all. The room, albeit a suite, was a tad small for my liking. The... Very nice rooms and the breakfast was awesome. Dan and Karen are very nice and take care of all your needs. I would recommend this b&b to anyone. It's close to downtown and a trolley stop is within walking distance. The river is very close but not so close that you can really see it very well.
