Room 108, first floor, facing street. Pros: nice beds, clean, check in/out was fast, breakfast was adequate (could use a little more variety). Although next to indoor pool and exercise room, it was quiet. Very secured – need card to enter building. Cons: shower temperature was not hot enough. A tiny bit of mildew in shower stall (spray of bleach... more

We searched among the hundreds of hotels in Gatlinburg, and this one got the best reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The hotel has recently been updated/modernized and has a neat ambiance. The breakfast was great, with a waffle maker, and the indoor and outdoor pools were basically clean and fun for the kids. Also, they provided plenty of... more

When we checked in we were not told the hotel was going to be closing 2 of the 3 floors so they could finish renovations. The front desk clerk/manager was not very helpful but the rest of the staff was excellent. Although we understand you must maintain & upgrade the property to be a continued success we felt they hotel... more

This hotel is located at the end of what may be known as "the strip" which in my opinion is a good thing, away from all the hustle and bustle. There is a shuttle that gets you to downtown for 50 cents. Yes the beds pretty much take up the room but I would call it a typical hotel room... more

This is a pretty standard issue Fairfield. We stayed in March for 3 nights in two connecting rooms. The corridors were being renovated, so should be brand new for those staying April 09 and beyond. Very convenient location to access the Gatlinburg bypass to GSMNP, but not so great location if you want to walk to Gatlinburg for shopping/dining. Overall,... more

Very clean rooms. The staff is extremely friendly. The building is nice unlike the way so many look here. I was highly impressed and will be back. more

We went to this location on a whim. Having stayed at various hotels in the area we have had our share of both great and horrible. This rated above great. I called in advance to have flowers sent to my room for my wife as a surprise. The ladies at the front desk helped to make sure they were in... more

My husband and I love to get away every few months for a weekend getaway, with our children and sometimes just the two of us! We have found Gatlinburg to be that most wonderful getaway! We enjoy staying at another hotel in Gatlinburg that has many things for the family, but on our last getaway that hotel was entertaining a... more

We come to Gatlinburg once or twice a year for a few days of getting away. We've done so many searches for hotel reviews on the internet, I think my computer automatically goes to Trip adviser. The best planning can make or break a vacation if you find a different scenario in person than described online, especially on an extremely... more
