We stayed here as part of a cross-country driving trip in June, 2010. I will say that the location is nice -- it's about as close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park as you're going to get -- but that's the only good thing I have to say. The hotel was under renovation, however our room on the 4th floor was finished. The renovated room was nice with comfy beds, big LG lcd tv, and a very spacious room.
