The location was definitely great if you are wanting something very close to the Tram to Ober. It was a very affordable hotel, however I will not be staying here again, nor recommending it to anyone. To begin, the parking was horrible. If you find a spot, keep it. The lobby smelled like stale cigarettes, and the floor at the... More

We had never stayed here before, but several people had told us about Quality Inn Creekside. We got a friendly greeting from the desk clerk. The lobby was well kept and comfortable, with a coffee bar. Our room was located in the building at the top. After we parked, using the elevator made access to the parkway easy. The location... It really amazes me that some people complain about this hotel in their review, but note most of them start off with finding it as a great value, compared to the $150 to $200 nightly rates of other hotels. What do you expect for a SUPER VALUE? You're not going to get a RITZ. Yes, it is an older property,... More

To start things off, the TV did not work for 24 hours. Next the electronic key to room would not work, and they had to take about 15 minutes to get in. Then it happened all over again, and again they tried to move us, but our stuff was in room. Finally, they were able to open the door. Next... More

I reserved this room using "free room" points. But now that I've been here, This will be my hotel of choice in future visits. Older hotel but very clean. Pretty much all rooms have balcony overlook rushing creek. Our room had a fireplace and a window that opened so you could hear creek and stay warm! Everything walking distance and... More

My boyfriend and I stayed one night here. It was very nice! We had room 166. It was clean and very spacious. The television was very small, but we didn't come on vacation to watch tv. My favorite part about this place was the location! Right downtown and with plenty of places to eat and drink. We will definitely stay... More

Location is great for Gatlinburg you just walk right out on the main street. This place needs a remodel. Bathrooms and carpets need updated for sure. Staff is nice. Has a nice balcony view of a creek if you ask for the mountain side rooms. Would stay again but they need to remodel.

We go to Gatlinburg quite often. We decided to save some money and get hotel rooms instead of a cabin since it was just our immediate family going. We also decided to get two rooms we have two teenage girls. We booked two rooms here and paid the advanced rate through Choice Hotels site due to our reward points. We... More

This hotel had mixed reviews so I was nervous but it was very CLEAN! It felt very safe. It was right on the strip (actually behind the strip) walking to all the shops and attractions was easy. They have several buildings and we stayed in the Hilltop building, our balcony had a mountain view. Will be going back. Nice breakfast... More

The location is great and the price for the hotel is excellent. The hotel could use some renovations but don't expect a Holiday Inn Express quality for half the price. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are a bit small. The location is a great feature. Room had a fireplace which was a nice touch. The free Wi-Fi was a... More
