A lower-mid level budget minded property in a prime location near many good locally owned restaurants. Rooms can be pricey for a budget motel in prime season-- but dirt cheap offseason. Management needs to focus on public areas away from the lobby area. Have always encountered trash on the floors/elevators when walking to my room. Lobby area is very nice... More

We stayed here two nights and could barely stand it. We had to change rooms because the first room had no Wi-if connection, TV did not work and the room smelled of air fresher. There was a ton of mold in the bathroom. We got moved to one of the balcony rooms across from the office, No TV reception, and... More

I have stayed here previously and this stay was better. Last time I stayed in the building across the street from the office with a balcony overlooking the creek, that room was mediocre, the view was good but the room was mediocre. Stayed this time in the building that sits just up the hill, and is just around the corner... More

Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh linens each day. That was nice! Most other places I have stayed at use the same bed linens until you leave. Nice breakfast buffet with gravy, biscuits, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee, etc. We were walking distance to all the attractions. The only time we moved our truck was when we drove... More

I would stay at this hotel again. The room was clean and a nice size. We did not feel cramped. Loved having a balcony. The staff was very friendly, especially Vince. He was very helpful. They even allowed us to change rooms, when we were unhappy with our wifi connection in our first room. The pool was nice. The location... More

I'm sorry to say that this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I would have given no stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. When we arrived we were given the key card to our room and despite booking a non smoking room well in advance, we were given a room that absolutely stank of... More

I don't know what some people expect for the money. We had a creekside room with two queen beds for $49 a night. Sure, the place needs some work, but it was clean and the staff was courteous and prompt. Breakfast was good and the location is ideal. No, it's not the Hilton, but it was a liveable room at... More

My Mother really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the little creek. It brought back many fond memories for her. I liked the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. The rooms were very accessible also.

Lady at front desk checked us in the room which was reserved to us for over a month. Gave us a key to the room and bed and room was not cleaned, bed not made, looked like someone just left. Lady at the desk was very rude and was trying to get us to cancel. We come to gatlinburg once... More

The hotel, like most places in the area, is a bit old, but it was very clean and comfortable. I'm a light sleeper, but had no problems with noise coming through the walls and keeping me up because of how the rooms are arranged, and the distance from the street. But by far the best part of our stay was... More
