Comfortable bed and clean is what the positives are. Oh yea, view from balcony creek side was also fun. We are at a time that hotels in this market should have up to date tvs. They still have tube tvs that require multiple remotes. Breakfast was not great. Yellow rubber discs that we think are eggs. Biscuits were soggy. In... More

Overall experience was good. Staff very helpful at check-in and breakfast was filling. Spoke with General Mgr on condition of lobby and dining area and he was quick to answer that their remodeling "had begun." They had previously upgraded their Wi-fi and were to finish the lobby upgrade within a couple of weeks. He was also quick to point out... More

The beds were uncomfortable, the mini fridge did not work in any of the 3 hotel rooms we rented, the food was ok the eggs were microwaved and the apple juice was super watered down, we requested a room with a river view and we got the parking lot. the elevator is the only way to get down to the... If you usually stay in a Hilton, HGI, Hyatt, Marriott etc. please avoid. The hotel (term used loosely) is old and desperately needs an update / makeover. The on/off button on the tv was broken (it's an old tv too so don't expect HD), a light bulb was out, the dresser was missing a piece of hardware, there was a... More

This hotel is located downtown so easy walk to restaurants and stores. I do agree with other reviewers that the mattress was really lacking, and our pillows were like half pillows. Yeah, four really small pillows. Weird. Breakfast was cold square eggs, sausage, and hot coffee. LoL, the eggs are frozen scrambled eggs pressed in a square shape and weren't... More

The hotel is in a great location, nice large room, older but very clean. BUT the mattresses! Horrible!. The mattresses in our room were the type with the springs inside. Felt like we were trying (and I do mean trying) to sleep on the box springs. Made my back hurt. My only other complaint is that the lights on the... More

Clean and comfortable with a great view. In town for us drinkers. Ask for a balcony with mountain view. No eggs at breakfast and only 4 pillows on bed or I would have gave it all top boxes. Rooms have all the space you need.

Just to get started I have to say that Vincent on the Day shift is the bomb. Not only did he make our stay incredible but never had a problem taking the time to help us with our change of plans for 2 more nights. My 5 year old grand-daughter was super excited when he helped us book a pool... More

We have been coming to the mountains for years and sometimes several times a year. And we always stay here. Admittedly it is older and some of the night staff I have never cared for. Rooms are clean And situated close to entrance to the park, which is what we come for. And also close to downtown. Extra sink makes... More

Pros: It has a roof, walls, and floors. Cons:The first room we stayed in was very dirty,it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. My daughter tried to turn on the shower and the handle came off in her hands. Told the front desk about it and they said they hand no one to look at it. After... More
