I decided to come up to celebrate the first day of fall and hike the smokies and spend 1 night in Gatlinburg since it was a beautiful fall day. I always stay at the Creekside since I know what to expect and the price is reasonable and the location is perfect for close proximity to Elks Lodge, restaurants, bars, and... More

Went to Gatlinburg for a last minute get a way and was able to get a room here. It is not the newest hotel around, but for the price and location it was a great place to stay. The rooms was keep clean, well maintained and the pool was nice for relaxation after a good day of walking and exploring... More

We spent two nights this week. We try to go every year and this is our hotel of choice. Last time there were a few issues, but this time was almost perfect. I have seen negative comments about the staff, but we found everyone to be friendly. Remember they have the same frustration with their jobs just like everyone else.... More

We have been to Gatlinburg many times and stayed many places but this is my favorite. My room was clean, no smell, convenient to the convention center less than 5 min walk. The room had coffee pot, microwave, safe, and refrigerator. If there is a downside, the free breakfast needs to have a daily change up and meat added. Everyday... More

My husband and I always stay here when we go to Gatlinburg. It's peaceful and we love hearing the creek flowing. They are always very nice to us. Love that you can walk to everything. It does need some updating. Needs new carpet and the bathroom ceiling's fixed on the first floor's. But it is a peaceful place. We will... More

Had a great 3 day experience...location great to walk the town. Clean nice room with fireplace...need to get with the program with bigger screen tv with flatscreen...rather small to watch our sporting event when we got back for the evening.

Stayed here before and like that we can walk to alot of places nearby. We stayed on the side that faces the needle but the light on the balcony was so bright i had to hang towels over the door so we could try and get some sleep. Not bad for the money but time for a change.

A lower-mid level budget minded property in a prime location near many good locally owned restaurants. Rooms can be pricey for a budget motel in prime season-- but dirt cheap offseason. Management needs to focus on public areas away from the lobby area. Have always encountered trash on the floors/elevators when walking to my room. Lobby area is very nice... More

We stayed here two nights and could barely stand it. We had to change rooms because the first room had no Wi-if connection, TV did not work and the room smelled of air fresher. There was a ton of mold in the bathroom. We got moved to one of the balcony rooms across from the office, No TV reception, and... More

I have stayed here previously and this stay was better. Last time I stayed in the building across the street from the office with a balcony overlooking the creek, that room was mediocre, the view was good but the room was mediocre. Stayed this time in the building that sits just up the hill, and is just around the corner... More
