A little dated, but clean. Very close walking distance to Gatlinburg shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice balcony overlooking the creek. Had an issue getting the Jacuzzi to drain. Fireplace was nice.

We chose Quality Inn Creekside because of their Veteran's discount. We wanted an inexpensive stay in a downtown location and got both here. The hotel could use some updating but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had no complaints and would stay here again. The cable was mostly HD but the TV is not and the picture was larger... This hotel is in a great location.. We really liked it. Our check in was fast.. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and well stocked. Yes, it needs some updating, the wifi was in/out, but for the price it's well worth it. The hotel is right near downtown Gatlinburg and 5 different restaurants. We will stay... More

Wasn't the fanciest place, kinda out dated, but still good. Room had a fireplace, balcony overlooking the creek, and all the features of the 1980's. Parking is free but its like packing sardines. Don't expect your SUV to fit with ease. I would/will still stay here again though.

The location of the hotel was right across the street from Ober, which is where we were going. They lost our reservation and the lady at the front desk was not helpful and somewhat rude. The parking situation is not good and trash is all behind the building. Normally when we stay somewhere the sheets and towels smell of bleach... More

Great location and close to everything! The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. I would like to mention a few cons just so you aren't surprised but please know that even with these cons I would stay at this location again. The beds are hard but the pillows were good. I'm not sure if it was the door... More

My husband and I went to Gatlinburg for a weekend getaway and stayed at the Quality Inn Creekside. Was it fancy, no but it was a perfect location and a great price which included a hot breakfast. I was surprised when I opened the door and we have a fireplace with gas logs. The room also had a nice view... More

The location was definitely great if you are wanting something very close to the Tram to Ober. It was a very affordable hotel, however I will not be staying here again, nor recommending it to anyone. To begin, the parking was horrible. If you find a spot, keep it. The lobby smelled like stale cigarettes, and the floor at the... More

We had never stayed here before, but several people had told us about Quality Inn Creekside. We got a friendly greeting from the desk clerk. The lobby was well kept and comfortable, with a coffee bar. Our room was located in the building at the top. After we parked, using the elevator made access to the parkway easy. The location... It really amazes me that some people complain about this hotel in their review, but note most of them start off with finding it as a great value, compared to the $150 to $200 nightly rates of other hotels. What do you expect for a SUPER VALUE? You're not going to get a RITZ. Yes, it is an older property,... More
