We stayed at the hotel July 6 and 7th. The lady at the desk during the day was a b#^€h. We had a coupon which she would not honour. She said it depended on availability. We were obtaining our room before lunch but not actually checking in until after 3pm. Our second night would have been on a Monday. She... More

We have stayed at Quality Inn Creekside in Gatlinburg many times before. This time was the best. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms are not super fancy but were clean and nice. Since we were basically only there to sleep it was great. The beds were so comfortable. And the creek nice from the little creek right outside makes... More

We have stayed here on 3 different trips. We love the friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for enjoying great smoky mountains national park. Within walking distance of the tons of attractions and stores on Gatlinburg parkway. Private balconies very relaxing. Will definitely stay here again. Very clean rooms.

This was the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. The way the women at the front desk treated us and spoke to us was shocking. We had a reservation that she said they didn't have, tried to show her my email. She just kept saying they shouldn't have given us a reservation and that she would let us... More

My wife and I stayed here for three nights, and at first I was concerned because when we entered the room, and there was a smell to the room, smelled like stale cigarettes, and this was a non smoking room, but we turned on the air conditioner, opened the balcony door and it was gone! We stayed in the Jacuzzi... More

This was a last minute vacation given that other plans fell through for the Outer Banks. But, we lucked out with this hotel! We had 2 rooms and they honored my last minute request to be next to each other. It may not have been the newest, most fancy hotel with all of the bells and whistles but, we found... More

Vinny and Bitsy made my stay fantastic! Hanging out at the pool was fun met a whole bunch of people. Cherokee Grill/The best restaurant in Gatlinburg was a 2 minute walk away. For an older hotel everything seems to be in order most likely due to the management.

The Rooms where clean and the Breakfast was very good. It was a very relaxing hotel and close to everything. We liked the two doors to get in and out. Our door led to a patio and then directly to the elevator to go to the pool and office which was very convenient. We would definitely go back there again.

We read mixed reviews but our experience was overall a good one! We booked a double bed room, overlooking the creek and we were directly across from the hotel office. Bad: The rooms are a little dated, holes in the walls, rust on the hinges, etc. The rooms weren't filthy but weren't spotless either. We had dead bugs smashed onto... More

Although frequent visitors to Gatlinburg, this was our first stay at this hotel since we were able to get a lower nightly rate here this time. However, we were so pleased with our room (3 adults were very comfortable with 2 queen beds), we are planning to stay here from now on. I loved our room overlooking the mountain stream,... More
