We had a nice drive to the resort and check in was fast and friendly, waited about 5 minutes for the room. The view of the mountains from the balcony was breath taking and enjoyed alot. This resort is very strategically situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Entry to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is only minutes away, so this is a fantastic spot for exploring the park. We stayed in a 2 bedroom lock-out, so it was really spacious. Reading some of the negative reviews, I almost cant believe we stayed at the same place! The staff were very helpful, the rooms comfortable, and the place was beautiful! I could hear our neigbor snoring though (lol), but not enough to keep me up!

We had a pleasant stay at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort. The “cabins” are lovely and the views were wonderful. Thank you very much to Mr. David Fishlock, General Manager at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort, and your staffs. I definitely would recommend this resort to anyone and especially to my friends and families in Chicago.

We are owners with Westgate and our home base is Myrtle Beach, SC. This was our first stay at Smoky Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating! Our condo was at the top of the mountain and it was great! Very clean and neat. The view was breathtaking and we loved it. Will definately go back.
