We booked a 7 day stay through RCI. We checked out 5 days early! The bathroom had brownish-red junk running down the wall and the wallpaper was peeling. Our pillows had stains and smelled musty and sweaty. There was so much jam packed into this super tiny room that if I fell out if bed, I would have landed in... More

The place was quiet. Had things for all ages. Had clean comfortable rooms. Was located convenient to the Main Street. Lots of good food and activity nearby, especially the pancake house and a barbecue place.

We spent one week here. We were in 313AB which is a one bedroom with an attached room with bath. Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer in our unit. We sat on the balcony a lot and listened to the sound of the creek. Saw a bear one morning out in the woods out back. We are... More

We enjoyed our stay but the quality of the Resort was not what we have found at other places we stay. You can tell they try hard but they are just not equal to a nice Resort. I hope they can improve. The location is great and the layout is real nice.

We booked three nights through our RCI timeshare and were set up in a Studio unit. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a one-bedroom, which is what we are used to. First time at this resort and really liked it. Balcony off living room and bedroom; so peaceful with creek/river running behind our unit. Would love to book here again.... More

Yup! The best thing about this vaction site was the location, was fantastic. Parking was $8 a day around downtown Gatlinburg so being able to walk to downtown and ride the Trolley for 50 cents was a real plus. We missed out on the Zip Line so we must go back. We did the White Water Rafting in Benson City... More

Well, I don't want to sound like a brat, but our accommodations weren't what were accustomed to. The bathroom ceiling was bowing due to a water leak from above. The tub didn't drain, it smelled musty or moldy. The silk flowers on the table were absolutely gross. They switched us to a room down the hall, the only difference was... More

We stay at GTS every year. The rooms are always clean and the staff seems to bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. They are currently going through a renovation but made every effort to make sure the inconvenience was kept to a minimum. Yes the outdoor pool is somewhat small but there are two on the grounds, a... The resort is located just a little bit away from the centre of Gatlinburg Town, so there was no need for driving, or parking. Though there was renovations happening the two pools were excellent centres of activities along with the gym and table tennis table. My only grouse was the elevators were not working a few days during the day,... More

This was our first time to Gatlinburg for summer vacation. The room was decent, beds were comfortable, no complaints about housekeeping and towel service was good too. Common areas were clean, activities were plentiful, kitchen supplies were ample. We were comfortable for 7 days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to get to everything without driving!
