The price is great for a two bedroom condo with a great view of the strip. Far enough away from the main drag so it is quiet, yet just a short walk away. The best thing is the couple that runs it has always gone out of their way to ensure a enjoyable stay.

We loved this place. Very well maintained. Nice view of downtown Gatlinburg. Everything was stocked well and very comfortable. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again. Price is very affordable for what you get.

Took a family trip to stay here for my mothers birthday and our 2nd anniversary and was very impressed with this condo! Not only was it very clean but the furnishings were top notch. Nothing cheap here! The artwork was beautiful, new leather couch and the beds had VERY high quality expensive handmade quilts on them. Beds were also PERFECT... More

My family just returned from a 5 night stay in unit 304 and had a wonderful time. It was my husband and I, a teenage daughter and our four year old. We got a good deal on the condo and it was expected... clean, nicely furnished with a bit of noticeable wear and tear (to be expected as a rental).... More

My daughter and I had a sick family member and had to be there at the last minute. I called the Hanrahans and they found us a beautiful condo and made a very difficult time a nice stay. Thanks so much for the added touches and customer service!

Stayed in unit 302, a two bedroom unit. Comfortable condo with enough space for the 5 of us. Furnishings were nice, yankee candle was in the air and the small kitchen worked well saving us money by cooking our own breakfast. Laundry was available down the hall, downtown was about 1/4 mile walk downhill. (Remember there is a short uphill... More

We spent a week here enjoying the colors of fall. The unit we had made a very comfortable place to kick back and relax after a day in and around the park. It was cozy, well maintained and had everything we needed.

The view from our room really wasn't the greatest and it was a good walk to get into town from there. The hot tub on the deck was nice but I do agree with the reviewer Matt M that the mirrors all over the walls were a little too much - unless you like looking at yourself all night long!... More

The condo was nice although it could have done with out the mirrored walls. the pool looked nice but it was too cool to go swimming. the hot tub on the other hand was very nice after a long day of walking around town

Pros: Excellent location ,nice condos (much better than staying in a hotel), Cons: Limited parking Not a lot of glitz and glamor ...however if you like comfortable & cozy this might be more to your liking.
