My fiance and I loved our stay here! We were on the 13th floor and had an amazing view of the mountains! Our room was clean, very large and comfortable. We definitely got our money's worth. They have a trolley that takes you into town if you dont want to drive. Restaurant is great, and they also have a pool.... more

This was our first time to Gatlinburg. I and my 2 boys went for their spring break. The room was clean and up to date. The view was spectacular (we were on the 10th floor, view of the city and mountains). The indoor pool was heated and a good size. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel buffet style.... more

Stayed at Park Vista Easter weekend and it was so nice. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was great ! Our view couldn't have been any better and we enjoyed staying in the room enjoying the scenery. We'll be back to Park Vista real soon. more

Good hotel for the money - but needs updating. Hotel is up a steep hill way off the main drag but is on the trolley line which is great - 50 cents a trip. We took that everywhere. It says balcony for every room with a view, but the balcony is very narrow - no chairs or anything would fit.... more
