We ended up at the Park Vista after our first hotel was a bust. I would/will be staying with them on my next trip. It is alittle off the strip, but parking is cheap and they have a trolly stop at the hotel. The rooms are very nice and all have a private balcony. More

The staff is very accomodating, especially Virginia and George. They go above and beyond!! More

Air condition did not work. Bathroom door would not shut (embarrassing). Tub dirty and full of hair. No service wife cleaned tub and sweated all night. I was furious. To beat all when checked out they over charged me $12.00. Not much but principal. No return. No call back from any one and no apology. Very dis-appointing. More

A very pleasant stay: great location, just far enough from Gatlinburg to be away from crowds. Nice views, front desk staff helpful. Pool complex looked wonderful (didn't have a chance to use it). Appreciated the fact that you could take the trolley and not have to fight traffic or pay for parking, etc. No complaints and would definitely recommend this... More

We couldn't of picked a better hotel. The location and view was beautiful. The shuttle was great for transportation. The staff was so helpful. I couldn't say enough great things. We will def be staying again in the future. More
