This place is great. The office staff are very helpful and nice people. The sites are so close to the river and in wonderful locations. It is quiet and far enough away that all you can hear at night is the water of the creek by your tent. There is a wonderful swimming hole and the water is crystal clear.... More

We have been camping there for years. The owners let us pick and reserve any spot we want. The flint rock at the swimming hole has been a great place to jump off of since I was a kid. Not very far from Gatlinburg and camping supplies. They have ice and wood onsite at great prices.

Best swimming hole and fishing in the Smokies, a few hundred yards from national park boundary. The owner is very strict but that keeps out the riffraff. There are no paved patios, arcades, pools or camp stores but you won't find a more beautiful natural spot. Bring your tubes and fishing poles.

Called to get information the lady was extremely rude would not stay here just because of the attitude she had on the phone. Never been treated this way asking for information about a service they offer to the public. Obvious why they have so many bad reviews. Need new owners!!!

We just completed a week stay. We had no issues with camp mgmt. The c/ground is SPOTLESS. The swimming hole should be advertised better, it's basically where three creeks merge into a small river - bring tubes bc you can walk up stream a little and tube down! I will go back and stay!!!

We have never seen such rude people as we did at this campground. Be warned, do not stay here. The day we were there, hardly anybody was there, know I know why. The other campgrounds we went to had plenty of campers in them. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else!!!!!!!!

My wife and daughter and myself just completed a two day/2 night stay at Greenbrier Campground in Pittman Center, TN. Of the 28 or so reviews we read of the campsight 10 gave 5 star reviews and 12 gave 1 star and a couple were in the middle. I can tell you the manager was wonderful and very helpful. She's... More

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in September at Greenbrier. The location is beautiful. It actually is an island. Most of the sites are near water. The area is flat, making camping easier. It's clean. Now, that said, we had been warned about the manager, and had read the awful reviews mostly about her, so we went there expecting... More

My family and I have been staying at greenbriar for more than 30 years, started as children with our folks. We have carried on the tradition with our families, however we will never go back! I made our reservations and told the lady we would be in in the middle of the night and she said it was fine just... More

I gave it 4 stars because of the memories I have there... The service is not very friendly. The woman is always on the defensive and is quite rude not to mention they charge you 25 cents per five minutes in the shower (slot machine is in the shower). Never been to a campground that charges you for showers separately... More
