What a fantastic campground. Although it is a smaller campground they have all the important amenities, nice shower house, full hookups, lots of scheduled activities for the kids, a nice pool and store. Upon our Friday arrival they had free hot dogs, the entire place is clean and the owners were the most friendly campground owners we have ever come... More

I loved staying here. The owners were wonderful and so kind. The pool was nice and clean and it was a salt water pool. The showers and restrooms were very nice and taken care of. My family stayed there a week in our rv. The camp allows dogs, we took our yorkie. My kids loved the playground. The laundry machines are... More

The pictures on the website for the primitive tent camping are VERY misleading. There are no dimensions and nothing that clarifies that their "hummingbird hollow" is a tiny grassy area with 6 tent pads squeezed onto it. (To put this in perspective - all 6 tent pads are on a lot roughly the same size as 1 individual campsite in... More

We are sorry that you were not pleased with the primitive tent area of Camp LeConte. Perhaps had you decided to stay on the site your impression would be much better. Camp LeConte has only 5 primitive tent sites in an approximately 100’ x 100’ area. The sites are elevated and the size of each site is clearly shown when... More

Clean & quiet. For families with children: the pool is perfect (3ft-4.5ft); the table tennis, cornhole, & playground are nice. The bathrooms are very clean. For dog owners: the camp does allow pets, and many campers bring them. If you go to town or hike a trail, check out the doggy daycare just 1-2 miles up the road, Barks &... More

We loved our time at Camp LeConte. Beautifully kept grounds and pool. Perfect location and that Baby Charlotte was the perfect Host! I will always remember the spectacular FireFly show in the back trees. We will be back! Suzi , Dana and Cooper

The Host family was very friendly and took the time to give us a tour. The park looks brand new with a very clean bath facility. The heated salt water swimming pool was our favorite!! Nice playground area for the kids! The campground was close to town and on the shuttle route. Had a great time! Thanks for the military... More

This campground was awesome! Everything is very well kept and new. We stayed in one of the safari tents which were really fun! The owners were so down to earth and cared about they're campground. They treat you like friends and it's great. The pool is great to sit at on a nice day to relax. Overall it is a... More

I have been to a few campgrounds and my biggest complaint is always the gross shower houses/bathrooms. This place had the nicest bathrooms and shower houses I have ever found in a campground. They were kept clean and you didn't have to pay for a shower which is always a huge bonus. The campground itself was also very clean. The... More

This is definitely the place to stay near Gatlinburg. The managers were very friendly and knowledgeable, and there are TONS of things to do in the area, from hiking, rafting, fishing, horse back riding, the Smokey Mountains, to Dollywood and the 8 miles of local artisan shops - there is something for everyone. This campground was very well situated -... More
