It's a nearly-brand-new property (the "official" grand opening is this month) in a town where many of the hotels are old and rundown and no-name. This hotel is brand spanking new and looks it. I didn't see ANYTHING dirty or needing cleaning. This was probably the nicest hotel I've stayed in when staying in Downtown Gatlinburg! The rooms are spacious and extra clean! The Hotel is very new and has a modern atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and courteous! We like Hilton Garden Inns. This is new one, and most things worked (they do have some electricity/phone issues in rooms). Room had fine view of Smokies, and we enjoyed the outdoor fire by the hot tub at night, and the tub itself! Friendly staff, good cooked breakfasts, and free parking by edge of town. more
