We have stayed at this Resort three times.. We have had no problems with our stays if you stay in the buildings the views are great, but some of the villa are quite low down and you may not have a view of the mountains. Good central point for hiking more

the Mountain Loft's resort was nice, best suited if your primary destination is Gatlinburg. The indoor pool is on the small side but accommodating none the less. We own a timeshare and this is the first time we have used it outside our home resort.
