It is within walking distance from almost everything. It did have clean sheets and the bed slept well. The rate was equitable to the conditions. We never could get Wi-Fi to work. Not a big deal for an overnight stay but over the course of a couple of days not so good. I like to google things to do. The... More

Good location walking distance of everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms are a little outdated but nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the room was very nice of the sky lift especially at night. We would stay with them again.

Go away from this place Far Away!!! Outlets were on fire once. Mold. Terriable odor. The price is high for them having NO remodels or updates! Sheets have odor and the carpet was sticky!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to keep someone up to keep family safe. Parking was free is a plus. My hands were full and housekeeper walked right by and did... More

We stayed here 2 nights and have no complaints. We had a king size bed. the room had a fire place, but we were not in the room long enough to use the fireplace. also had a frig, microwave, and coffee pot. It was not the nicest place I've stayed in, but for $50 a night we were very pleased.... More

Great place in the middle of Gatlinburg. Can walk anywhere. Rooms are ok. It's an older place but pretty clean. Ask for building C though. Building A & B are much older. My only complaint is the beds. They are hard as rocks. My back hurt every morning & I did not sleep well at all.

while this is not your typical hotel to stay it is one of the better places i have been. it is a throwback to the retro older gatlinburg. by no means fancy but my room was spotless and the staff could not have been any more charming to deal with. great location on the main strip and easy walking to... I stayed in room 214 which is an older section I think. The price was very reasonable. The room was fairly disgusting. I didn't complain since I was given a discount and was just tired of looking for a hotel. The staff was helpful, courteous and professional. In the room which was old and outdated, the floor was a filthy looking. The... More

Room was very large with two queen beds, a table with two chairs, flat screen tv, one nightstand with light. Bathroom was small, with toilet, small sink and narrow shower, but very clean. There was a separate sink area just outside the bathroom which was nice. There was a microwave and mini fridge. We also had our own balcony with... More
