I have never written a review about a hotel before but I HAD to write a review about this place because I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I found the hotel online, booked two nights and met friends and family there. We were all disappointed in the hotel. The front desk staff was rude to several in our party, there is no such thing as early check in, the volume on the TVs cannot be turned down low, the towels are paper thin, there are no bed frames but three mattresses stacked on top of each other to get the mattress to the correct height. My husband stubbed his toes several times on the bottom mattress because it was sticking out so far. There was no ice bucket in my sister's room so we shared ours, the bathroom was tiny and claustrophobic, one pool had water the other was empty and scary. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. more
