This hotel was excellent I would recommend this hotel it was close to everything in gatlinburg. Had a great experience.,the room was cleaned everyday. Had fresh towels and the bed was made everyday and clean sheets . Excellent location to restaurants shops and attractions.

Traveling around the US for past 3 weeks and arrived to find a run down, low class establishment. Staff scruffy. Room fire hazard with powerboards, only way to use the coffee percolator was to sit it on the floor, fridge iced up. Dinted and old scratched furniture. Towels of poor quality. everything was fantastic!!! bed was comfortable! I slept like A baby!! Great Staff, very accommodating. Clean rooms, Great breakfast. Quiet, close walking steps to everything. All around great place to stay. no ac noise was a plus++++. breakfast area was small but had more option then the sitting area :)

stayed during the memorial weekend, had a king room with balcony overlooking the main parkway. loved the rocking chairs AWESOME!!!!!, beds were comfortable, clean bathroom, overall good experience.. good thing, we were able to sleep without hearing our neighboring rooms, which we experienced before in other hotels. and also were able to walk to everything attraction and restaurants.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried before arriving. It was way better than I expected and the price was excellent. You could not hear occupants in neighboring rooms.
