it was very disgusting, blood on bedspread, very small bathrooms. The walls were very grungy and dirty. Also the furniture and carpet was stained. Overall the room was very unkempt and not worth the money.

This hotel was horrible. My boyfriend and I chose this hotel based on it's location in Gatlinburg but wanted to leave before even checking in. If there hadn't been a no cancellation policy we would have. The appearance is dingy and would be more appropriate in a horror movie than a nice weekend getaway. We entered a room to a... More

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Vanity was barely large enough for one person, and instead of replacing two bulbs and/or the bulb starter, a single, small light was screwed into the wall which had to be plugged in to one of the two outlets. To plug in a hair dryer and curling iron or shaver meant to unplug... More

This place was awful! Being on our honeymoon and with my husband still finishing up his bachelor's degree, this is what we could afford. The room smelled like mold. The sheets were so stained and disgusting that we went to Walmart and bought our own. There were hairs in the hot tub that we ended up not using. I have... More

My wife and I really wanted to return to Gatlinburg (our honeymoon location) to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. However, as we are in the process of building a new home, we really wanted to make this trip on a reasonable budget. I must say, Days Inn most definitely met our goal of having a great location for a... More

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. Dirty towels from previous guests left in the floor. Stained sheets on bed. Exposed wires from wall outlet. Horrible breakfast. The pool area was dark and dirty. The elevator was so filthy it was disgusting. Do Not Stay Here! It isn't worth $10 a night.

The bedside lamps were not working so and there was no outlet available to plug in the sole floor lamp. The only place we could plug in our devices to recharge them was on the very small counter of the single sink under the hand towel bar. We called the front desk to report the lack of lights, and the... More
