This is the second stay for me here. In general it is a nice enough place. The building and room furnature is a little dated but not issues with being clean. The location is great and the staff is pretty nice. One of the FEW pet freindly facilties in Gatlinburg. Location is great, right in the middle of the strip... more
My husband and I are extensive travelers; this has to be the most filthy hotel we have ever stayed at. We actually had dozens of live crickets in our room; my husband was picking them out and throwing them out the door (2nd floor!). The staff was very unfriendly and unaccomodating. We moved into other rooms the first night but... more
I smoke and we stayed in the smoking section of this motel, which is located outback near the pool. When we got there it looked really nice and we were excited, because you can't beat the location. Well looks were very deceiving we about died when we got to our room. Eveything was out dated and needs updating. I wanted... more
We were reluctant to stay here based on the reviews but decided to try it anyway. We were glad we did! Our room was in the newer part at the end of the fourth floor. It was very roomy and had a balcony. Our room was very clean when we checked in and was cleaned daily. We'd leave to go... more
My family went to Gatlinburg for my nephew's wedding and I had to bring my dog so we chose the Ramada since it was pet friendly, located downtown, and had an indoor heated pool. Our rooms were in the 4 story building in the very back and even though the rooms were just ok, the rest was awful. The elevator... more
All the bad reviews I read before going, were true. Every single one of them. I first thought just negative people writing, but no, truly a horrible place. The rooms where we stayed were in the back, you had to drive around to get to them, looked like another old hotel they added to the Ramada. (first clue we should... more
Young adults who are just look for a place to crash or throw up which ever comes first might be happy here, more seasoned travelers should beware. Nothing in the place worked like the heated pool, AC or elevator most of the time. I can sum this place up in one word, DUMP! more
My mom and I go to Gatlinburg every year and this is the first time we have stayed at the Ramada. It was very reasonably priced for the location and room type. We had 2 double beds near the rear of inn. It could use some updating but it was clean. We were able to walk all over downtown. We... more
The first thing I need to tell you is that I have been to Gatlinburg at least once a year since 1989, and this is the first and last time I will stay here. The lobby was dirty and televisions in need of repair sitting on floor. The room was ok but needs remodeling really bad. Our room was cleaned the... more
