I don't even know where to begin to tell you how nast and dirty that room was. We was in room 203. Right on the front balcony where we could see the excitement. The fire place had sooted up the room. The soot was all over the couch. The recliners were covered. When I opened the curtians the black soot... More

My husband and I came to Gatlinburg for a one night getaway. When we checked in, the desk clerk was super helpful. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our room, We sat outside in the chairs on the porch for a while before we walked around town, We were impressed by the... If you're looking for a nasty outdated room & rude customer service, then this is the place for you! We stayed in Room 203 with the balcony overlooking the parkway. The balcony was the best part since the view was nice and the only other pro was the location since we were in the middle of Gatlinburg. However, the balcony... More

I have seen some negative reviews for this location, and I don't know what they are talking about. The Room was clean, the staff was friendly. Since they tore down the Riverside to make a parking lot this is my new location in G burg. If I ever go back, the whole town has been taken over by drunks and... More

We were kicked out. We got to the motel early and asked if we could get our room sense it was already cleaned. They told us that policy says No. After waiting for an hour on the parking lot sweating, we decided to ask again. That was a bad thing to do?? We were told that we had 15 minutes... More

Pros: LOCATION...this hotel is nestled right in the smack middle of dowtown Gatlinburg, which makes it a huge plus when walking to shops or attractions. We were only a quick walk from several attractions and restaurants. Another huge plus is the hotel bed. During all my stays in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, the beds are usually hard (and some even hard as... More

We spend three nights at the Four Seasons Lodge: June 4th - June 7th. You can't get a better location than this. The room was decent. I stayed in room 224. I think it was an updated room, except for the TV, not a flat screen. It was decent and looked clean. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke to... More

This is sort of a strange review because we didn't actually stay at this motel. We were walking in Gatlinburg and got caught in a massive downpour. We timidly took shelter under the overhang where cars stop to check-in. My wife, who had just gone through some major surgery, was cold and wet and stepped inside the lobby with our... More
