We spend three nights at the Four Seasons Lodge: June 4th - June 7th. You can't get a better location than this. The room was decent. I stayed in room 224. I think it was an updated room, except for the TV, not a flat screen. It was decent and looked clean. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke to... More

This is sort of a strange review because we didn't actually stay at this motel. We were walking in Gatlinburg and got caught in a massive downpour. We timidly took shelter under the overhang where cars stop to check-in. My wife, who had just gone through some major surgery, was cold and wet and stepped inside the lobby with our... More

I have read several of the reviews. All I can say is if you want the Hilton stay at the Hilton. Our family has stayed at several of the hotels on the strip and this is our favorite. Good service. We were right on the strip and didn't have to worry about parking. The kids loved the pool outside and... More

Keep looking!! Brian at front desk as well as manager Suzanne let us know immediately when reservations were extremely disconnected from what was told to us that the confirmation was not a contract and did not have to be honored! Trust me they were not!! No indoor pool, parking is terrible! When you reserve and pay for two rooms you... More

This hotel was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Right in the center of all the action in Gatlinburg. Service was excellent. The pool was nice and clean. Your average middle of the road hotel.

Then again, there are a number of other places that are just as close. The room itself wasn't awful (though it could've been cleaner). The main problems were 1) the hotel couldn't find the reservation we'd made online, so we were given a double bed instead of the king for which we'd paid, and 2) the hotel sells parking, which... First, let me start off by saying I did NOT book this room. A family member booked for two days for a girls bet away. The toilet stopped up and it took maintenance two hours to check thr toilet and another two hours to repair. One the same day the local health department had shut down the pool (July 2nd).... More

I'm so sorry you had a poor experience with us. We strive to make improvements and appreciate any feedback. The pool had a leak and was drained, patched and refilled so it had nothing to do with the health department. please make sure to check your facts before posting a review. Thank you. More

The best thing about staying here is its proximity to the main drag. The hotel is older and the beds/rooms need updated but, overall, it is a great value. We go to Gatlinburg 6-8 times a year & have tried different hotels but this one is all about the location. The indoor pool is nice.

While the location is great, the room was sub, sub, sub par. The room was in serious need of painting, as in dirt and stains on walls. Draperies falling off rods. Pet gouges on doors, even though no pet policy. Baseboard missing in bathroom, as well as missing toilet tissue holder. Toilet tissue just sitting on vanity counter. Keep in... More
