All the reviews thus far are correct. Clean room, friendly staff, good location (one block off the main strip, just behind the Ober Gatlinburg tram station). Parking is very limited. Very spacious room with a whirlpool that we enjoyed after all the walking we did! Loved the little balcony overlooking the creek and a door that we could leave open.
