Loved that we could park our car and walk for the weekend. Hotel is in a great location. We usually get a cabin but for a long weekend we decided to stay at a hotel. Rooms were clean with plenty of room. Loved our balcony over the stream, great to sit out and read a book. Only complaint.. The beds... More

Just left after 4 day at old creek. This was my 4th time in 3 years. Staff friend as always. Best location to stay. Close to town but off the main strip. Don't miss out on this place. Sit out by the creek and enjoy the rushing water.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay while in Gatlinburg. The room was clean and the view and sounds of the river from the balcony was very nice and relaxing. I had issues getting onto the WIFI, but the front desk went above and beyond till the issue was resolved with the cable company. My only suggestion is to better seal the... More

Typically my husband and I rent a cabin when we visit Gatlinburg but for our last stay we were only going to be there for the weekend so we decided to check out this hotel. Hotel is in a very peaceful location with the stream off the balcony but very close for walking to all of the shops and restaurants.... More

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and was not disappointed. Loved the decor! Older hotel (I remember when it was a Fairfield Inn years ago), but it is clean and updated. Great location, you can leave your car and walk to everything in Gatlinburg. Loved the balcony over the creek, the fireplace, and the shower was beautiful. Small... More

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Much better than I expected for the price. It appears to be an older hotel, but the rooms have been very nicely updated and very clean. Beds are older, but comfortable. Love the view from the balcony of the creek. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.

We spent a week traveling throughout the Smoky Mountains and stayed here 2 nights. It was by far one of my favorite places that we stayed. We found it to be very centrally located to everything we did in Gatlinburg. Yet off the strip enough that it wasn't crowded and loud. We found the room to be very nice for... More

My wife and I have made this our own vacation getaway tradition. The rooms are very clean and remarkably huge. The beds are ultra-comfortable. Free WiFi! The walk-in tiled shower is amazing and the extra large jacuzzi is only outdone by the extra small price. This has got to be the best value for a hotel room I have ever... More

Great stay! Quiet and clean! Great downtown location! The hotel is older but is well maintained. Enjoyed listening to the creek, and watching the aerial tram. We didn't use the pool, but looked clean. Biscuits and gravy were yummy!

We stayed at this Hotel for a week and had a great experience. Overlooks the river and is very close to town. Our room was good size. They also had free cookies. The only negative was the size of the pool, which was on the smaller side. Would return.
