Glenstone Lodge is not what I had hoped for. My 8 year old loved the pool area. The indoor pool was nice to have when it rained but it was dated and did not feel to be the cleanest. The tower where the water falls from had green growing up in the top. That water ran down into the pool... More

Older hotel. Wi Fi terrible. Pools could be cleaner. Indoor pool downright nasty. Location great. Off the main strip but within walking distance. Ate the somewhat pricey breakfast buffet. Not bad but some of the fruit was overripe and should not have been offered. The omelet chef was excellent. Disappointing overall. I guess you have to pay a lot more... More

Nicely located since it's off the main strip and surrounded by churches. Older hotel but clean and quiet. No microwave and the bathroom is very small especially for 3 of us. The restaurant only serves breakfast and there is no lounge/bar. However, you can walk to everything. Hotel is also right down the street from the Smokey Mountains Motor Trail... More

Purchased through Groupon. The place is OK at best. Worn and a bit rundown. WIFI was extremely lacking. When I inquired about the signal, the manager suggested I use WIFI in the lobby or perhaps leave my room door open. My room was 3 doors down from Lobby! Beds were absolutely horrible.....thin and very worn. Cleanliness was very average. Would... More

We got a deal on this room for one night so I can't really complain. The room was clean and comfortable but the sheets and hotel itself is very outdated. Like I said, it was only for a night but if I needed to stay longer I probably would have gotten a different hotel.

We reserved 2 rooms July 19-22-2015! Quite obvious guy at front desk did not know what he was doing! What should have been 2 transactions so far has turned into 7 transactions! Five which range from $267.21 any where to $361.24. Needless to say my bank statement was in the negative. What should have been an enjoyable getaway has turned... More

We stayed at the Glenstone Lodge from July 16-19, 2015. We were very satisfied with the entire stay. When we first got there we were assigned a smoking room (I didn't even know that people still smoked in rooms so I sure didn't know to request a non-smoking one) ... I picked the phone up in the room and called... More

Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was the luggage squeaked badly. The doors in hallways were very hard to open and did not close completely. When getting to the room we had to immediately call housekeeping to clean the bathtub there was pubic hair in the tub and the shower curtain had blood (yes blood) and mold on it.... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Glenstone Lodge in Gatlinburg as part of a sales pitch incentive by IHG, the parent company. We paid taxes and fees but after sitting through a two hour sales pitch, we got our initial investment back. Therefore our three night stay was very inexpensive. Although described as a four day three night stay,... More
