This hotel is 2 blocks from the downtown area in the middle of Gatlingurg. Easy walking distance to evrything downtown. The room was nice, nothing deluxe but nice. It was very clean and it always smelled nice. My rate included breakfast and I enjoyed it every morning. Cooks would make you fresh omellets or waffles. There was bacon, fruits, hot... More

When I first arrived to check in, I stood at the desk and watched the actual front desk supervisor play on her smart phone for a few moments. This was the first time I ever checked into a hotel and was not explained anything about the property. I could very obviously see a large pool area with multiple levels, which... More

Old and worn out, but not awful. Reasonable location within walking distance of the downtown Gatlinburg attractions. Kids will love the large indoor pool! I have stayed here 3 times for business meetings... its OK, but not great.

It needs quite a bit of updating. There is only one very slow elevator. It is glass enclosed so you can see the trash in the large pool of water on the sagging car port roof out front. The room carpet needed to be replaced and were not vacuumed daily The entry door handle was about to fall off. The... More

At first glance the Glenstone Lodge seems amazing. My first impression of the big lobby that had a glass wall showcasing the amazing indoor waterfall and swimming area and the chef standing at attention waiting for diners was that the place was a gem. It is an older property but my senior citizens on this trip had many issues with... More

The staff was very nice and the room was comfortable! Food in the cafe was also good! The best was that it was walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg! Also very reasonable room for the price! We'll be back next year!

We arrived at the hotel at around 2 PM. My mother is a 91 year old handicapped, immobile, frail woman who is totally dependent upon me. She cannot walk so we wheel her around in a wheelchair. I went to the front desk to ask if we could check in 1 hour earlier since my mother was very worn out... More

Read some reviews before I booked and was a little concerned about the property. Called ahead before I arrived and asked for a room that was recently renovated which I got and it was very nice. The hotel is in a good location but the hill from downtown to the hotel is fairly long and steep. So my recommendation would... More

This was the first time me my family I tried to have a positve additude about the place despite some of the reveiws I had read. Checkin went pretty easy minus the fact they told me nothing about the hotel. Just here's your room number and wyi-fi access number. Got to the room and it seemed fairly clean but still... More

My husband and I booked a room here through Groupon for our five year anniversary. Before booking we read everything Groupon had to say and we went to the hotel's website. We looked through all of the pages and information. We were very excited to stay here and thought it would be a wonderful honeymoon location. Boy were we wrong....... More
