My boyfriend and I took a night away from home and stayed at the Glenstone since he had gone there several times before. This was my first stay. The place was packed and we were put on the 5th floor. Since there were two different type of youth groups, I worried there would be a lot of noise. The groups... More

We got a Groupon and assumed everything was good to go. Got up New Years Day and made the 5 hour drive up to Gatlinburg and arrived for check in at 4:30 (check in is at 4). We ignored the reviews because it was inexpensive and you do get what you pay for to a certain extent. We were pleasantly... More

If by chance you leave any of your belongings behind, kiss them goodbye! Don't expect professionalism or concern from management or front desk staff. Kudos to housekeeping who found my bag, spoke with me personally and turned it in, from there...sticky hands!

Stayed at the Glenstone over Christmas holidays. Large rooms with updated bedding. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom/shower small but adequate. Nice sink area with large mirror that allows more than one person to apply make-up, etc. Pool area could use some updating and brighter colors, but pool and hottub were divine. Water temp perfect. Great place for families with children who... More

Overall, we were pleased with this property. It's conveniently located with easy access to the trolley line. My grand daughter loved the indoor pool, and we had poolside rooms with easy access. On the downside, the rooms are in need of updating. Our toilet was leaky and when we stood in the tub it felt like we were going to... More

After our ski trip was cancelled we tried to find a place to stay for a mini-vacation in Gatlinburg, TN. After many calls to many hotels and motels, the people at Glenstone Lodge were wonderful! They did their best to accommodate us with only 2 days notice! We had a memorable stay. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and... More

Checked in late NYE and forgot that the youth church groups were in town yet again. We got our room in the atrium and it was a very nice room. Most comfy beds and very clean. Lively xmas trees decorated our entrance. They serve a hot buffet breakfast for $10 you can enjoy or order from a menu. The waterfall... More

We decided last minute to get away for a few days at Christmas. We booked on Travelocity because it was the cheapest offered. We usually stay in a cabin but none were available. We were extremely pleased with this lodge, more so than we would have been with a cabin or chalet! It was very cozy and relaxing. Our room... More

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a good indoor hot tub and pool. Really conveniently located to walk in to the main strip, and only a short drive into the Smokies. The rooms and beds could do with a little sprucing up (but, then maybe I just ended up in one of the cheaper rooms!!). Overall, nice easy... More

We stayed here for one night on 12/26 on our way to Florida. We were on the second floor pool side. After a 12 hour day of driving half way across the country we just wanted to shower and crash. Well, that wasn't going to happen. The pool smelled horrible with way too much chlorine which permeated the room giving... More
