I went with my husband for a weekend in April! Gatlinburg is a nice little city, in the middle of the mountains. The hotel is average, is an older hotel but not so bad, is quiet, if you want enjoy a relaxing time you need to choose a room away from the pool, where all the people gather for having... More

Be aware there is absolutely NO Security!!! The hotel allowed 4 teenage boys to stay in a room by themselves while the parents were on a totally different floor. The 4 boys ran up and down the hallways all night long until my husband put a stop to it. He called the front desk to ask for security and the... More

The location is great. Up the mountain but a short walk from downtown. It is an older hotel but it has an interesting lobby and pool area. We did not get the room that I requested online...the layout or location but it was suitable. It was very busy since there is a convention area at the hotel but it was... More

The rooms here looked like they hadn't been updated since the 70s. The pool area stinks and is outdated. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do. This isn't a hotel I would have picked for myself, but my grandmother booked a trip here. All that said, the breakfast was decent and the servers were very... More

We booked this hotel on Travelzoo, and it was a gem! Located on the Gatlinburg trolley line, it was easy to access the crowded downtown area, and, if you don't mind walking back uphill, it was an decent walk there as well. Upon check in, Alexis pointed out the 'backroads' ( to avoid traffic) which made our excursions a lot... More

My husband and I live in Florida and 2 of our daughters live in Atlanta, so to escape the heat we like to head up to Gatlinburg every once in a while. We don't like to spend a lot of money but we have a few must haves: clean rooms, beds that have mattresses that have been upgraded or replaced,... More

Nice pool and hot tub, but they could use some maintenance. The rooms are a decent size, but dated decor. The bathroom was very clean and shower pressure was good. The mattresses and pillows all need replaced. Bed was very hard. Alexis at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

We place is off of the main rd so we were able to walk down the street and be in the middle of everything. And when we went back it felt private. Staff was wonderful. We were in town ti get married and when I had trouble with my dress they sent staff up to help. Pool area was fun.... More
