Our room was fairly average and there is no question some of the decor could use some updating. However, the staff was amazing and the indoor pool and spa were great for soaking after a day of skiing. Every year bring a group of about 60 to Gatlinburg for a conference. The majority of that number are teenagers. The Glenstone Lodge works well with me in advance or setting up rooms, accommodating scheduling, and being prepared upon arrival. The pool and meeting rooms are great for the teenagers.
