The food was amazing!! The owner was really helpful and nice.The motel and restaurant face towards the lake, so the views are great. We were there during off season, so it was not very busy and there was plenty of open rooms. I will definitely stay there again. I recommend staying here when you are in Grand Marais!!

We paid 140.00 for one night here and I am kicking myself for not just bringing a tent. The location is great...but that's where it ends. There was mold in the shower and it needed new caulking. We stayed 3 nights in September and had a very nice room on the second floor with a georgous view of the harbor. Very clean and quiet room, friendly and helpful staff made our visit very enjoyable. The location was convienent to walk around town. Great place to stay!
