I booked a reservation online and received a confirmation number via email. When I showed up, they said they never got it and didn't have any rooms left. No apology, no helpful finding of another local hotel, nothing. The woman was rude, and the owner won't return my call or emails. I will never stay in a budget inn again. more

Basic motel, but inexpensive, and had a good night's sleep. The room, as expected, was basic, but very clean. The bed was nice, good shower. I would stay here again as it is very well located and very clean, inexpensive and comfortable - a simple but nice motel. more

No water pressure or hot water, had to leave water running for shower for 15 minutes for it to be warm.Window dressings were torn and falling off rod, 2 inch crack around door. Suppose to have continental breakfast, only coffee is served.Water leaks outside, puddles filled with cigarette butts and leaves coming into office. Never again! more
