Stayed at Quality Inn for a nite prior to going to Antelope Canyon, Lower Tour. No problems with set up or reservations, but had a number of issues with room. First, had to get keys reset 3 times before we got keys that actually opened our room. Seemed this was a common problem, since when I was checking in, two... More

We stayed two nights at the Quality Inn at Lake Powell. We had two rooms. The beds were probably the worst beds I've ever (not) slept on. They may have been ok if only one person was in the bed but they must've been super old. In the room with two queen beds the beds were so saggy that we... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn. We were upgraded to a two-bed room from a one-bed room, which we really appreciated. The price was decent ($160 for the night) when compared to other hotels in the area. The room was very large and the beds were comfy. The highlight was the (included) breakfast, which included scrambled eggs and... More

My son and I were on a tour and this is the hotel that was included. It had some nice views and a free breakfast. The room was set up a little strange because the bathroom was tucked behind a corner in the room. It could use some updating because it is looking a little tired. Our room was a... More

We checked into this hotel and checked straight back out again. Our room was obviously the allocated pet room and as we had no pet, we were utterly disappointed. The top blanket of the bed was covered in dog hairs as though it hadn't even been washed, we found multiple dog biscuits across the floor, there was a brown stain... More

Old and outdated hotel. Long queue to check in because they only start at 15.00 and people gathered in the lobby. Large room and good beds. Complementary breakfast is ok. Free WIFI. Nothing special but ok for a stop on the way

Not the cleanest of places to stay. Our room had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival - some sort of sticky cream was left spread out on the bed-side table and there were sticky hand-prints on the headboard. Also, glass doors in lobby were dirty - hand-prints and streaks all over them. On the plus side, the pool... More

The stay started on a poor note and didn't improve: front desk personnel were discourteous at check-in - among other issues told me she had registered my points when she hadn't. Paint on exterior of building is peeling off. Bed was uncomfortable. My daughter found personal belongings from prior guest under her bed. Breakfast buffet left much to be desired:... More

Staying at this hotel was one of the best choices I made on a cross-country roadtrip. The price was so affordable for such a pleasant stay. Our room was very clean, but what won me over the most was the staff. The man who checked us in was incredibly friendly, and he gave us great suggestions on where to eat... More

Despite the bizarre layout of the the hotel. It was the only one on my tour that had a balcony/ patio and it was lovely to sit outside. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower. Ate in the cafeteria, limited choice but they did have wine and beer. Breakfast was surprisingly good. No complaints for an overnight... More
