Where to begin! This place is like going back to the 60's. Small, very plain room with very cheap furnishings. Security lock on door (latch) was broken, the remote didn't work at first until maint. person showed about (after an hour wait and 2 phone calls), toilet tank was very hot to touch. When I asked the maint. guy, he said it was plumbed wrong many, many years ago. The place smelled like urine and they tried, unsuccessfully to cover it up with lots of Fabreez or something. They also must have sprayed something to try to cover it up in the wall air conditioning unit. That's the negative. On the plus, some of the rooms (not mine) had balconies with good views of the canyon and lake. Okay steakhouse within walking distance. No, I won't stay here again. Rate was not a bargain for this old place. I only booked this because everything else was sold out before this one. Help was mediocre. Young and not very knowlegable and not too willing to follow-up.
