We should have skipped this one and just kept on driving to the Grand Canyon. The room was ok, but the air condition smelled badly. The pool is very small and they had boxes piled up all around it, practically used it as their warehouse. The breakfast was a joke, bad coffee and tea, white flour bagels and no fruit... more

The property was nice, The staff was cold and unresponsive. When our wake up call never came, and we missed our tour, the front desk seemed to have the o well attitude. Broken AC in room, so noisey that you couldn't sleep. The reservation desk said there would be a "Hot Breakfast" which turned out to be stale bread and sugar cereal. The "juice" was just flavored water - not real juice. The staff was unfriendly and rude. Don't stay here more than one night, or not all! You'll be happier at... more

We were looking for a hotel nearby lake powell and saw this one in a guide. The lady at the front desk was really nice, but rooms needed to be renewed and very noisy at night. Breakfast is not really good. I really thought Best Western were better hotels. more

The overall hotel is clean and pleasant in appearance. Our room was well appointed and with a particularly comfortable bed. The towels were actually soft (you know how rare that is)! Very conveniently located and with nice views. We will definitely stay there again. more

On booking in we were given "pool room". This turned out to be a room looking out onto the swimming pool and on the lowest floor of the property. We had a very nice stay at this hotel which we found quite good in all respects. Room was large and with all comforts. Basically everything was pretty new and looked in very good conditions. The pool and the hot tub were not particularly large but still quite nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was not bad either. Location is good too.... more
