Perfect location right on the lake with easy access to the tours. Rooms are very dated and there is a smell both in the rooms and in the access areas. Restaurant food is not great, you have better options in the center of Page.

My room looked like it was still in the 1970s. It was clean but needed some thing repaired. Not too shabby but definitely not pristine. The food in the restaurant and bar is excellent (read very upscale) but you will need to make a reservation well in advance or you will be turned away. My group had breakfast on a... More

You arrive to a melee of people trying to access the lake tour either to book or to depart. All this happens from the hotel lobby. However, reception very efficient and you can get past the crush. Offered a choice of rooms and correctly chose a second floor room. Gives the best view over the lake. There are two pools... More

The place is set on Lake Powell...absolutely gorgeous, it's a shame the Hotel is not is as beautiful condition...it could be but things lack. Firstly the rooms are old and in need of some maintenance/repairs. The service in the Rainbow room for breakfast was slow and people not paying much attention. Our table was not properly set and the staff... More

We recently stayed one night in a lakeview room at the Lake Powell Resort as part of a two-week trip through Utah and Arizona. This was a good choice. The resort is well-constructed and nicely designed, with views of Lake Powell and the mountains beyond. The resort is also nicely landscaped. Free wi-fi is available in the hotel lobby. Our... More

My family and I stayed here recently and found this resort hotel to be excellent. The rooms, although on the small side for America, we're clean, comfortable and restful. We had a ground floor room overlooking the lake and we enjoyed the morning view over a cup of coffee. Good facilities abound here from the restaurant to the pool and... More

We were not planning to stay, but we had problems with our boat trailer. We were traveling with a largish dog and I knew that the Lake Powell Resort allowed dogs. I was happy to get a room for the night. I thought the room cost was a little high but the $20.00 charge for the dog was very reasonable.... More

Our tour group booked us in to this aging resort. The views are great but the room was very dated with wrinkled carpeting. This resort appears to be stuck in the 70s with the exception of the pool areas. I hope an update is in its immediate future as the location is great. The other area of concern is the... More

Nothing special about this Resort. Rooms are fairly standard and are a little tired. While there is a fridge, there is also a very noisy air con unit. There is no lift to the second floor, which is fine when you are young. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the large car park, as we had not paid an... More

The Lake Powell Resort has some great views of Lake Powell and is a short (5-10 minute) drive to Page. We chose a lake front suite and the views were amazing. The rooms are a bit dated as this is an older facility, but they are comfortable and clean. We loved being able to walk out our back door onto... More
