My family and I wanted to do something fun while we were in Arizona visiting the Grand Canyon. Lake Powell was a wonderful surprise. We rented a power boat for the day and that is the thing my kids had the most fun with on our whole vacation. We rented an inner tube and had a picnic lunch. Beautiful day... More

Yet another great stay during our tour of America (from Australia) - we also cruised Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon and it's deep sandstone walls. Incredible views. Good food, friendly service. Slept well.

Paid extra for lake view room that had view of a tree with the lake far off. Room dated, deadbolt lock on door did not work, patio so high that you have to stand to see anything. Chairs on patio useless. Door jam in bathroom rotted and tub filled with water while taking a shower. No wifi in room. No... More

My partner and I just spent two nights at the Lake Powell Resort and we were both disappointed and disgusted. While the Lake is undeniably beautiful and the resort is well set out we found the majority of customer service poor and the quality of accommodation dreadful. When we arrived we were in a long queue to check in. We... More

Lake Powell Resort is a mass produced holiday environment, with a holiday camp feel. Guests mill around in large numbers. The room was comfortable enough, but large groups of tourists being herded around by guides made it quite unpleasant. The restaurant is overpriced by quite a margin. Be warned also that Page is an industrial town with chimneys smoking and... More

We stayed here and it was wonderful. Lovely hotel and the staff were pleasant. We took a boat tour of Lake Powell and the views were breathtaking. It was two days of sheer enjoyment. The food was quite tasty and I would hope one day to return. Its not the top of the line resort but it suited our needs... More

We paid USD 220 for a night which was the most expensive hotel in the countryside ever visited. Place is huge and very oldfashioned, description to the hotel room wasn't that great. If we would have a tent we would have stayed at the Lone Rock beach just across the border in Utah. Really disappointed.

We were rather worried about booking this hotel as the reviews were not great. But overall we enjoyed our stay here. We had booked 2 marina view rooms but then upgraded to lakeside ones. The first rooms were very tired and needed upgrading. The ones that we changed to were much better and the outside area was really lovely. The... More

Ignore coach loads who are not staying at hotel (but are going on boat trips). We had an excellent 2 night stay. Used hotel pools and had dinner in restaurant. Very accommodating and managed to squeeze us in! Good was delicious! Breakfast we thought was overpriced - there's a Denny's in Page which we used on 2nd day. Pizza restaurant... More

Lake Powell Resort offers excellent food in the Rainbow room. The gift shop is quite eclectic. The staff resounds to every request promptly and effectively The rooms are a bit dated. The location can not be beat in this region. Boat cruses on Lake Poweel will cause you to marvel at the natural beauty displayed in the canyon walls. The... More
