"Chance" at check in was very friendly and gave us a room view facing the marina! Very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. It had a porch, which was nice to sit outside, but wish it had a wrought iron wall to see through instead of the concrete high wall which you had to sit tall in your chair... More

walked into the bar to get a beer; was ignored for about 10 to 15 minutes; one employee was restocking a wine rack within about 10 feet of us the entire time; another employee left for break; the last remaining bartender helped several others before us even though they came in after us. Not once did any of them acknowledge... More

The resort is located in Glen Canyon National Park so it has a great view of Glen Canyon and Lake Powell but you also have to pay $15 for a 7-day pass to Glen Canyon. The resort has wi-fi in public areas, not in the rooms. There's also a floating restaurant with a live band. The view is absolutely amazing... More

We rented a 19' speedboat from 9am-5pm to see other parts of the Glen Canyon recreation area/Lake Powell. We had a blast, boat was well maintained. Good price as long as you don't wreck the boat. Make sure if you go to Dangling Rope Marina, you get a detailed map, there was a nice snack bar there also.

The hotel has typical 2 story motel type accommodations. But the location on the shore of Lake Powell is extraordinary. The room was clean, bathroom facilities were fine if a bit dimly lighted. In short, we had no problems at all with the room. Second floor lake view rooms are the best and have wonderful views of Lake Powell. There... More

Although the location and views from the hotel are fantastic, the hotel rooms themselves are pretty average. We thought it was a little overpriced for the quality of the rooms, which I would describe as "good enough". The hotel has two pools which stay open quite late. It also has 3 restaurants. The grill restaurant set outside the main building... More

Only stayed one night for Lower Antelope Canyon. Front desk was great with only one small mistake (wrote wrong room number on card, which I thought room was not ready but it was). Room was a little outdated but clean and very comfortable. Went with a room on second floor. Loved the view. Grounds were lovely. Really didn't get to... More

Stayed at this hotel property for two nights. Check-in was fast and front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Nice location. Rooms are very basic but comfortable with views of parking lot or there is a lake view available also. (+$10-$15:00) Rooms have a small refrigerator and coffeemaker. No Microwave. Queen beds and pillows were just fine. Small deck off... More

When this hotel is crowded, you feel it. The lobby is jammed and rooms may not be ready on time. At 640pm check in, we were told one of our two rooms was not ready, however, after the check in agent went in the back office for 10 minutes, she came back and reported it was ready. Our rooms were $170... More

Stayed here for 2 nights recently. Were assigned a room overlooking the parking lot. No view whatsoever. The room was just okay....nothing fancy and a bit worn out. If you can, try for a room overlooking the lake for a decent view. Both the main dining room and the lounge were nice for dinner. Breakfast buffet was jammed due to... More
