It is a pretty big hotel in beautiful location. It is a bit expensive for tired furniture. The check in went smoothly and the room was super clean. The shower was really good. The views are amazing. This resort could be very, very good. Also you have to pay to enter the park it self., that should be included.

We stayed for one night on our journey to Bryce Canyon. Although a brilliant location for water sports and summer fun, this hotel was a let down for us. Be aware that you have to pay a $20 National Park Fee for Glen Canyon Gorge to access the hotel. This was not very obvious in the hotel fine print and... More

This place is dated and the staff are all foreign exchange students. I certainly thought this was a state park until I asked. The accommodations are no frills. The towels are thin and frayed but they do have a Keurig with Starbucks K-cups in the room so that was nice. Aramark owns "the resort" and they are cheap while nickel... More

This Hotel is older, but great location. The pool is in a great spot so you can have a view of the lake too. The bar serves food, because the restaurant requires reservation for dinner, so plan ahead. ask for a second floor room if you want the view, but no elevators. The first floor may be better for anyone... More

The wifi (only in lobby and lobby bar) was about 0.10Mbs, ie barely any connectivity at all. I measured it several times during our weeklong stay. The 'business center" has creaking PCs that barely get a browser up and signal is very slow almost no connectivity. We were there for a while so this made it tough to plan our... More

We visited with four adults and four teens. The plan included a full day houseboat rental. The boat rental and the full day on Lake Powell was absolutely outstanding. The experience was unforgettable. The kids made memories that will last a lifetime. Jumping off the boat, swimming, floating, barbecuing on the boat, lounging, cruising. It could not have been any... We stayed for one night as part of our independent tour of the area. Certainly the views of the Lake form the Hotel were very good if you make sure you get a Lake view. The rooms were rather tired and the Fridge was on constantly and the noise made it difficult to sleep - if I could have un-plugged... More

We stayed here (two rooms) before setting out on our houseboat on Lake Powell. The views were nice - spectacular sunrise. The rooms were average. Both rooms were a bit outdated and needed some maintenance (doors that latch, AC, stains, etc.). Beds were not very comfortable. The location was great for us being near the marina. We were able to... More

Stayed here the night before a Grand Canyon rafting trip. The rooms were really nothing special, you are paying for the view here (which is gorgeous!!!). We had a discounted rate because of the rafting trip but tried to book a second room for the kids and decided against it because of cost without the discount. The Rainbow Room restaurant... More

The lake view rooms have the best views. Get a top floor room so you have a balcony. The views are stunning! Two nice pool areas. Restaurants are rather pricey. Evening boat tour very good. nice photo opportunities. Staff helpful in the hotel. Everywhere very clean.
