It is not the building that makes the stay memorable, it is the people. The building and atmosphere were awesome, but the staff was exceptionable. This was our second time visiting Bear Track Inn and if possible we will come back again and again. The accomodations we had were well suited to someone in a "wheelchair" and the staff made... more

For the price it was ok. The website claims rooms (very large!) at 270 square feet. Ladies and gentlemen - that's small considering a cruise line's room is 180 square feet and an average hotel room is 350 square feet. The room design is homey though and functional. The Bear Track Inn goes above and beyond all expectations of how a true Inn should be run. Everything from the moment you get picked up from the ferry, or plane, to the time you leave is truely memorable. The food is another story. Everything is homemade and delicious.
