We called Growley Bear and made a reservation which was confirmed at the time of the call. We then called back the next day just to double check because we knew that most places in Gustavus had booked up. The reservation person, Julie, called back and confirmed again that we had the reservation for the dates we asked for. A week later they emailed us telling us that they had no availability for those dates. When I called to ask what had happened I was told that they had made our reservation for the wrong month and that now we had nothing. Julie was full of excuses, offered no alternatives and rudely stated, "There's nothing I can do." Due to their lack of professionalism and rudeness I would not recommend doing business with this company. more
