Loved this place!! I stayed here for several days in early August with my husband and my parents in Cabins 8 and 9. The lake is absolutely gorgeous - the lake itself would probably make this hotel worth the visit. We had planned to spend our last day lounging by the water (the prior days were spent doing day hikes... More

Good reviews from folks familiar with the luxury of New York City are especially rewarding. Years ago when my father would be confronted with an occasional complaint, way before TripAdvisor mind you, he would say, "It's not the Ritz." I took to embellishing my ol' daddy's phrase. I tell people, "It's not the Ritz but it is somewhere between freedom... More

Had a long trip all the way from Canada down the Oregon coast traveled over 5700km 62 hours in the Jeep. Slept in 9 hotels on the way.The best sleep we had was the last one at Lake 5 Resort in a nice comfy bed. In little cabin number 10. Woke up In the morn to a great pressed coffee... More

Excellent. If cabin 10 produces such a pleasing response, number 1 could be too much. Might make for more than the best sleep of the trip. September is pretty awesome too. Same great coffee with a ten or twenty percent reduction in price. Thanks for the review. —Ron More

Camped at the Lake 5 resort last week and had a blast! Our sites were right on the lake and we had no problem fitting in a couple extra trailers when we needed to! The proprietor (Ron) was excellent and made everybody feel welcome! I have been staying at the KOA for the last 4-5 years, which is also good,... More

You guys fit in great. Our kind of customers and you're welcome any time. Don't hold your breath on our digging a hole for a swimming pool though. Probably won't be happening. Thanks for the attaboy and the bonus for the emergency pump. It was the best. —Ron More

We stayed with about 70 people for a family reunion, We came from B.C., Alberta, Michigan, and as far away as Florida. with no one ever being there, we we all surprised at how great this place was, and we all had a great time. We stayed in cabins as well as campsites. The lake was fantastic, and all the... More

Great fun. Stalls are small but kids love it. Wifi is terrible amd for the money would be nice if wifi works. Hope to spend more time there next year as the kids think it is great. Wonder if there is a cost to rent the canoes. I am sure there is.

Some of our sites are on the small side; some will fit a double wide trailer. When we're busy you might have to squeeze some if you want to be at our lake. Most of our customers are happy to do this to be in our camp and by the lake. It's nice your kids are able to have a... More

Lake Five Resort is a great place to camp/RV in West Glacier! Ron and the folks are awesome! They have some of the best customer service in the area. They are also "motorcycle friendly"! My friends and I stayed in one or the teepee's...great size and right on the water. The teepee floor is dirt, so grab a sleep pad... More

We really enjoyed our 3 days at Lake Five! Ron and company were perfect hosts. Clean, private cabins. We paddleboarded, canoed and fished. Nice temperature water. Perfect for families! We will return! Thanks for a fun time!

This campground is by far the best campground we've stayed in. The lake is warm, the ice cream is cold and the vibe is friendly!! We book a year in advance and look forward to it for that long too. What a treat it is to be able to spend our holidays here.

Our family of about 70 gathered in a variety of accommodations- cabins, rv's, camping. The heavily wooded lakeside provided ample privacy. The staff and management did everything they could to make our stay very enjoyable. Ron was helpful with any requests we made. Many family members spoke of a desire to return. The clean and clear lake is a great... More
