Our family of about 70 gathered in a variety of accommodations- cabins, rv's, camping. The heavily wooded lakeside provided ample privacy. The staff and management did everything they could to make our stay very enjoyable. Ron was helpful with any requests we made. Many family members spoke of a desire to return. The clean and clear lake is a great... More

We are a family of 7 and we couldn't have found a better place for a 9 night holiday. Ron and his family have owned this property for 99 years and have kept it pristine for people like us to enjoy. He is very accommodating with any requests or needs you may have, for example... I needed a rubber washer... More

Stayed here in late June, had a great time, Place is very clean and well kept, the lake is beautiful. Some RV sites are smaller than others so make sure you make it very clear what size unit you have. We stayed in our 40' toy hauler and had to move sites so we could fit, but the owner Ron... More

My husband and I toured from Grand Teton to Yellowstone to Glacier National Parks. We stayed at seven different places and let me tell you that Lake Five is VERY special. Simply a little piece of heaven there. We were exhausted when we arrived and left there happy and rested.. Even though we were there during the week of the... More

Traveling from Lyons, Oregon all the way to Glacier, Montana, my family and I were fortunate to stumble upon Lake Five Resort. With a wonderful setting, great location, and a very friendly proprietor, I would recommend Lake Five Resort to anyone looking for a place to stay. This resort is family friendly with a stage for performers, a volleyball court,... More

Beautiful, simple stay. The cabins have a view of a small less crowded lake. Less touristy than other places. The place was clean. They have canoes on site. The owner was really informative. He knew about road closings and the best places to go.

Another gratifying stay at Lake 5, and I am already trying to figure out when I can come back. The cabins are clean, rates are a bargain, and the management is delightful (Ron and company are part of what makes this place wonderful!). Ideal launching point for Glacier Park sightseeing, although you could spend all your time enjoying the lake... More

We stayed early June 2 nights in one of the smaller cabins without kitchen at Lake Five Resort What can be improved: - the cabin is very simple and has an old interior - not even a coffeemaker is available in the cabin What is great: - the cabin was perfectly clean - to our surprise there was an almost... I have stayed in Lake Five's cabins at least three times now and have enjoyed every visit. The accommodations are nice and simple, and Ron and the staff are ALL phenomenal (including the beautiful Shepherds). I have brought both my family and friends to Lake Five and in good weather or bad, we always enjoy our stay. My family lives... More

Any time Bryn. September is outrageous and although the lake gets pretty cool in October, the leaves change to gold and the larch turn a week or two later. Quiet and wonderful. We can still play some tunes. —LnZ and Ron More
